While completing our transaction, there were some issues due to a fraudulent action that had occurred in 2006 and the wire action could not proceed. However, Mr. Grigorian did his absolute best to resolve this issue by being on the phone with the fraud department for more than an hour. He was transferred to five different departments and additional transfers within these departments. However, he not only was professional during our entire 1.5 hours of visit, he also went far beyond what I would categorize as a normal customer service.
