Also, we're legally required to write a letter to the person doing the transfer. The appointment system doesn't remind me of that name. I have been calling about 5+ times a day to talk to them. It's a 6+ hour round trip for me and 2+ hours for the incoming president. I don't need to be told pop back tomorrow. Cannot get through on the phone. Cannot do business with this branch.

Finally, the younger girl opened a window. Did my simple transaction pretty much without speaking, no apology, no eye contact, and I was out in under a minute.
