Located at the intersection of 541 and 239 in Utica, but with a Hobson address. The owner also took our order and cooked our meals. There is a nice big bar and tables to eat or socialize. At the time of our visit the most expensive burger was $15 and it's what I ordered. The Big Sky Burger. All their patties are fresh, never frozen, and 3/4 lb in weight. Not a typo. 3/4lb! Nice brioche bun. Cooked to order and done just right. Great flavor. Our party had 8 people and everyone ordered something different which gave us a good sample of the menu. Not a single complaint. We didn't end up with pizza but walked out with a ginormous club sandwich on sour dough, an order of tater tots and a candle in a glittery tin can (impulse buy). The sandwich was incredible. It was so huge, I could barely tackle half of it on my own. The rest is in our cooler right now, waiting for road hunger to strike again.
