I drove over an hour 1 way to go here. Signing in was easy but when I sat down with my nail tech, he didn't offer any water or anything. Just started working on my nails which is fine. He did a decent job. By the time I drove home and took a shower the gel was coming off. I doubt he even put gel on if it came off that fast! I was charged $45 dollars for nails to come off within a few hours and I tipped $10. Now I have to go to my normal nail tech near me and see how much she will charge to fix someone else's work. The quality has gone downhill. Normally people will ask if you want something to drink or have quality products that don't come off right away. It was a lesson learned though.

It seems he was related to one of the owners because a woman walked up to him and told him to make himself useful before he moved to the front desk and slept there instead. Somebody starts working on my pedicure and by the way she's handling the tools, I decided I didn't trust them with a Russian service and decided to do a regular gel pedicure and forget the manicure. When I asked to see the colors , I was brought just a few. When I asked to see more, I was told a lot of the colors are 'bad polish' I just wanted a light pink and that just was not available. The pedicure itself was good. She did a nice job and was very friendly. However, I ended up spending full price ($70 after tip) for what really was a discount experience. I truly would not have left such a tough review if the price came out to be what it was worth which in my opinion is about $45-$50.

While plenty of other nail salons offer complimentary drinks, this is the first salon I've been to that has Vietnamese coffee! It's by far my favorite perk. I have been back 3 times already and the workers remember me by name. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional and personalized service. They have a wide selection of nail colors to choose from whether you're doing shellac, dip, or just regular polish. I've had different nail technicians each time I've visited and everyone is meticulous with their work but also works efficiently.
