The service and food are terrible. I ordered a carbonara and it was inedible. When it first arrived, the dish was cold and the egg was super runny (wet and soupy almost) and soggy. I showed them the plate and they tried to cook it but I think they forgot to add the parmesan and only added the egg with a tablespoon of salt. They insist that's the recipe and even though I didn't eat the dish since all I can taste was super salty eggy cold pasta and honestly the most disgusting thing ever, they still charged us for it because they insisted that's how carbonara is made. The carbonara in Hotel Dolimiti across the street was one of the best I've ever had and I think they can learn a thing or two from their neighbor.
