I was surprised to see their Enfield location had such a low Yelp rating, because I thought the store was pretty good on a lot of features. #1 - The store was very neat and very well organized with plenty of signs indicating the various sizes of clothing. #2 - The store had a TON of clothing -men's women's, accessories, etc. #3 - Pricing seemed pretty nice -I saw a few gorgeous pairs of like-new sneakers (Saukony) for just $15. It was very "typical longmeadow." There were some women in the check out like in front of me who were clearly spending a lot more money than I was, and that resulted in me waiting over 10 minutes to pay because the women behind the counter were chit chatting about their personal lives. I wasn't greeted, I wasn't told "be right with you," and even when I stepped up to the counter to pay neither woman said a word to me. I've never felt so unwelcome in a store before. The clothes are amazing, I only wished the service matched, and that those of us who might only be spending $30 felt welcome as well.
