Very upscale decor and price. The wait staff was very attentive, your water glass will never go empty. The food was good, not "oh my gosh you have to try this". I had the lobster ravioli and my wife had salmon over pasta. I only gave 3 stars because when we received the check I looked at the total and gave the server my credit card. My card sends instant notifications to my phone when it's used. Noticed that the initial charge was about $5 more than what the total (before tip) was. When I received the check back to add tip and sign, there oh the bottom, in fine print... they charge a 3.99% fee for card payments. This isn't a mom and pop's bbq joint. For 2 people it came to $118 before tip. You're selling $31 ravioli, you can afford the p.o.s. fee. Legally I could have disputed the charge since there is no notice on the door or menu of the fee. But not worth the effort. Definitely won't be back. Again, the food was good, not $118 good. Can get the same quality lobster raviolis at Red Lobster for 1/2 the price. Same with the salmon. read more

Are you looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just a nice dinner out with friends? Look no further. We went to L'Incanto for our 34th wedding anniversary and what a fabulous treat!!! We had a reservation for 6:00 and were given a beautiful booth. Our waiter was Ryan and he was so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Both of us had the Romaine salad and the hazelnuts were fresh and delicious. My husband had the Pork Chop Toscana. The sauce was his favorite. Had we been at home he would have used a piece of bread to get every last drop of the sauce!! I had the Bolognese and the veal and pork shank was so tender and melted in my mouth! The cheese combinations were the best I have ever eaten. We topped off the evening with dessert: My husband had the Mascarpone Cheesecake, which is not as sweet as NY style and I took a bite, which I enjoyed . I had the Creme Brûlée with fresh strawberries. OH MY GOODNESS- another beat ever for me! Pleas try out this great Italian restaurant on East Poinsett in Greer, SC. We will be back. read more

Stopped in for lunch for the first time and was really impressed. Their decor is charming, their service was terrific, and the food was out of this world. Our server, Aaron, was terrific and very helpful. He especially made sure that my wife didn't get exposed to any gluten. My wife and I started out sharing their Cannellini Bean Soup. It was like we were back in Italy, it was so good. Guess where we're heading this winter when we need a bowl of soup. For lunch, my wife had their Salmon Fornaio. She proclaimed it to be the best Salmon she'd ever had. I had the Pappardelle alla Vodka. It was really tasty. Being gluten free, my wife doesn't often get a chance to have dessert out, but L'Incanto's custard took care of her sweet tooth. I had the Vanilla gelato with espresso and Frangelico poured over the top. Both desserts were sensational. The cost was more expensive than a typical lunch, but so well worth every penny. They really knocked it out of the park. We'll DEFINITELY be back. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. read more

My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday and WOW every single bite was perfection. We enjoyed a long, leisurely meal sitting outside eating our favorite type of food and 2 hours later rolled ourselves out of there. Brandon was our server and was so hospitable and helpful. We ate here for our 26th wedding anniversary dinner and will definitely go back again. I've already recommended it to friends and co-workers. Our dinner started with an appetizer of octopus, shrimp and calamari served in a cocktail glass. My entree was the sea bass special and my husband had red snapper. Our server suggested the perfect wine pairing and the chef chose our desserts for us. The staff here are true culinary professionals and the food was the best I've had in a long time. We liked 1/2 the food here... it was a real shame being it was very highly recommended. The penne really did not taste homemade and the sausage was not the best. Ravioli was good and that pasta was homemade with that dish. The owner took some of the meal off the bill which was nice but we were not really impressed with the one dish. We almost left without anyone even asking us how the meal was... we might try them again... The owner seemed nice and genuinely concerned that the meal was not right for us. (Could be because of Covid.... supply chain issues not sure) try it and you be the judge. read more

Wonderful wonderful wonderful food. Calming sophisticated upscale ambience. Knowledgeable attentive service. But we can't go back. It's like a cave, a tall ceiling with no sound absorption. Everyone was yelling at each other. At every table. You couldn't hear the person next to you. It was not a full house but everyone was having a great time and screaming. First of all the food is wonderful. The previous restaurant DaVinci I feel had a more elegant ambiance. You could actually carry on a conversation with others at your table. It is extremely loud in the dining room. Also, the walls could use a few pictures as it is very bland. That said once again the food is wonderful. read more

We were a party of two couples on a Saturday night. Our service was efficient and quick. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The Caesar salad and tomato / mozzarella salads were very good. The salmon and pasta dishes were excellent. My Husband's bolognese and my sausage and mushroom pasta had wonderful, deep flavors. So many of the local Italian restaurants have pedestrian flavors. Not these dishes! My only complaint is that we had to flag down the waiter for a bread each time we wanted a piece. It was presented quickly after we requested. When my friends ordered decaf coffee after dinner, our waiter said, "I'll need to make a pot". He gave a couple of us the impression we were putting him out to make it special for them. Our issues were minor, the service and food was outstanding. We'll definitely return. L'Incanto is a great asset to this area. read more

This place seems to take itself quite seriously, but The service is top notch, from the hostess to the server. Just a wonderful welcoming charm everyone has, and so professional. I would say this isn't your typical Italian restaurant, so you won't find traditional favorites on the menu, which I felt confused and a bit disappointed looking at the menu. I do think their menu changes from week to week. The food is interesting and different where I don't believe substitutions are allowed. I didn't see salt and pepper on the table; I think they don't offer it, but I didn't ask. There is a non-cash fee added to the check of close to 4%, so if you don't have cash...you'll have a little extra surprise. I would say where they really shine is the alcohol, so if you don't drink then this place may not be for you. The menu has an extensive listing of wines and other elaborate liquor choices. If you are an liquor connoisseur than you'll love this place. Glad I tried it for the experience. It was quite interesting. read more

I don't think there's a nicer restaurant in Greer. There was music playing (sax and guitar). The restaurant has little in the way to absorb sound, so it was a little too loud. We sat in the back and were catching up with friends we hadn't seen in several months, but even with the door closed a little bit, it was hard to converse. That was excellent and I know that this new restaurant will top that, as they are committed to excellent service and food can't wait to try it. Davincis was excellent for all the times we were there. It was nice to be able to have a dine-in meal after weeks of take-out! My husband ordered the Pork Chop and enjoyed it. I had the Snapper and it was tasty as well. I did think the plate needed another element such as a few asparagus spears or some baby carrots. The potatoes were delicious. However, we both felt our dishes were slightly over salted and I like salt, but these were almost too salty. We had the same issue with saltiness the last time we ate here. We ordered the chocolate mousse for dessert and were not impressed. In fact, we didn't even finish it. The chocolate puff pastry left a bitter taste and added nothing to the dish except and annoying crunch in the mousse. Mousse is supposed to be smooth and creamy not crunchy. The presentation was pretty but I wouldn't spend the money for that dessert again. Our waiter (Brandon?) was very nice and attentive. We will be back! read more

This is our second time dining at L'INCANTO! Both times the food has been fabulous. We had timely service and everyone is extremely friendly. The first time I had the Vitelli Kristi (Veal Scallopini) - which was delicious. The veal melted in your mouth, my husband had Penne L'Incanto and he said he has never had a better pasta dish. The pasta was hand made with the dish having unbelievable flavor. We had our 17 year old daughter and two of her friends with us this evening - the two friends had the Capellini Pescatore and they could not stop talking about the dish. It was the first time they had something like this and looked forward to telling their parents all about the Restuarant. My daughter had the Gamberetto (pancetta wrapped Ecuadorian prawns over butter braised leeks). All she can say about the dish is 'WOW'. We also enjoyed two appetizers - Lumache and Caprese. The entire meal was magnificent! Last night we we went with some friends who had dined at the previous establishment. They loved the new look of the dining room and what L'Incanto had done to renovate the space. For appetizers we had Caprese and Roasted Goat Cheese - both melt in your mouth delicious. The husband had the Lamb Shank Special and stated is it was so moist and flavorful it fell off the bone (it was a dish for two and he ate every bite). She had the Salmon and stated she had never had salmon with such great flavor. My husband and I had the filet special - the steak was so tender we did not have to use a steak knife and the flavor was so tasty you couldn't stop eating, even when you were full! A friend and I selected this restaurant based on yelp reviews. We were in the Greer area and needed a place to lunch. Very knowledgeable and friendly service, beautiful tables linens and wonderful menu. I choose the salmon on grilled romaine with a truffle mushroom sauce. It was very very good. My friend ordered soup and eggplant roullade. His was excellent as well. We both decided to try the dessert menu. I had an apple tart that was perfectly amazing. There are no words... the food was amazing. We came by on a trip up from Atlanta and this place did not disappoint. We sat at the bar, Liz the bartender was perfect.
