Their well log gave 5 gpm at the end of January. All was well until March, then we constantly ran out of water. This well may put out 10 gal per hour on a good day. Tried to contact driller and get a copy of the original well log. Was always told by receptionist that the driller was unavailable due to being on the job. Could not get a call back, or any paperwork related to the job. If I had known better, I would have done as the other reviewer did and sued, but I was in court due to many other fraud involved in the purchase of this home.

Avoid at all costs. Slick sounding, but has no principles. Hires anybody to do the work. Does…read morenot supervise. Does not keep records. Uses "whatever is in the yard" as materials for liner (translation: that's was his excuse for substituting inferior materials for what he billed for). Sent me false billing. Filled false reports to state and county to cover up. Does not stand behind his work. I found out from others that my experience was typical and when people complain he threatens them with and through lawyers. Took him to small claims and prevailed. Owner was shocked that the statute of limitations didn't apply and protect him. He was unable to deny anything. Nonetheless, he was able to appeal to Superior Court where he could hire a lawyer to represent him. Endured 3 days of court time where he engaged in an extensive disinformation campaign utilizing a friend and former employee as his "expert" witness. Still awaiting the result. Represented myself so I don;'t know the result. But his payments to lawyers will be multiples of what he could have paid to fix the problem. His principle is not honesty, its intimidation. Bottom line: of all the well drillers out there, do you want to do business with this company?

He came out and told me I needed a new water jet and a bladder. Cost me $900. Called him the next day and told him it was not working still. He told me he will come out and adjust the water jet pump. that day he told me it was not the water jet pump it was the well. They drilled a new well for $1,000. I waited a couple days call him. He told me he was coming He never showed up for almost 2 months. Then he told me that he was leaving for Florida for the winter. Did not have time to finish the job. I called the company that recommended him and argue with them that he was a sub of theirs. They should stand by their subs. Finally 3 months later the company that recommended him. Came out and finish the job. That was an October 24th 2019. Had to pay more money for the company to Fox his mistake. Now I am stuck with a water jet pump and a bladder that I did not need. It must be nice to leave customers stranded with no water. And leave for the winter to Florida. Again leave for vacation to Florida and leave customer stranded with no water. No consideration. I called again and he agreed to come out the very next day but made one more recommendation and suggested that I run the water for a good long time ( 30 minutes to an hour) to see if that would flush out the issue. A couple years ago... I had a customer whos well pump had seized. She had five children and a single mother. I myself cannot pull a pump out of the well over 40 feet deep as I don't have The equipment to do it, so I called these guys in hopes that they could take care of my customer in the middle of a drought on very hot days in the summer. This company pushed my customer in front of their other important customers in order to accommodate this mother with children without water. The average wait time for most well pump replacement companies was about 1 to 3 months waiting time, yet this company had serviced and had my customers well up and running in just under a week! My customer called me almost crying, and thanked me for sending such great people to her home and returning her life back to normal... Today... . A recent job entailed me finding a rare motor for a pump that needs to be replaced before The motel that I am servicing loses their hot water and many customers... I thought of these gentlemen in hopes that they could help me find this motor... Although we were unable to locate such a rare motor, they referred me to their personal parts supplier, and then went above and beyond and allowed me to purchase a motor under their account so I could obtain the savings that they get, that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise... Although their company could not find this where motor either, I still am humbled by their generosity in their attempt to help another local small business with no expectations of anything in return...
