I called J&J pumps when I found some sand in my water. They came out and put a camera in my well…read moreand told me I needed a new liner for the casing. I also had them put in a new well tank. Twelve thousand dollars later they made the water WORSE. I have clay swamp water now. My water was always clear and tasty no filters no nothing. They put a filter to try to fix the issue. It clogged in less than two weeks. This is NOT a sustainable option. The filter is 50.00. I'm really angry and I feel I have been sold a bunch of stuff I didn't need and didn't work. I will give them a chance to fix this. IF they fix this I will update my review or remove it. I'm updating my review. J&J came out today with a whole crew. They ran the well until it was clear. They changed my filter for free. I had a big issue with clay stirred up in my well. They fixed the issue. Very happy with the service and that they checked on the job they did.

I have 20 + animals plus a large garden to water in triple digit temps, and he had me back up and running in about an hour, after troubleshooting (which took less than 5 minutes by the way), replacing two major components, getting my pressure gauge working again, and testing the system. I was without water for less than 16 hours on a weekend, because of Jerry. He charged a reasonable price for the excellent service he provided, on a Sunday no less, when I was unable to reach anyone else for help. I'd requested a quote for perimeter fencing at our house, including several gates. I then sort of put Hugo through the ringer by asking for several variations on the quote, trying to fit our budget and aesthetic preferences. Then, due to financial and health reasons, we had to delay the project several months. Hugo was always gracious and responsive, and did just the right amount of follow up -- enough to keep in touch, but never coming close to being pushy. When we finally did move ahead with the work, he and his crew were prompt, did the work in a very reasonable time frame, and most importantly, they did great work. Several neighbors have commented on how good it all looks, and one who is in the building trades commented that he had watched as the project went along and was impressed by the quality of their work, and I agree! When we got to the end of the project and Hugo came for the final walk through, there were a few minor details to be resolved, but he stayed for a couple hours that day and finished everything off himself. As others have noted, there may be other less expensive options, but in my experience they weren't much less, and we definitely got what we paid for and more. In summary, the quality is great, the look is exactly what we wanted, the job was completed on time, and the customer service couldn't have been much better. We're looking forward to having them back out in the next year for some additional work in our back yard, and I enthusiastically recommend them.
