They installed a LiftMaster commercial unit to open and close the gate. we have had several issues with the lift master unit, but Greg has been there immediately to investigate them and fix them for us. His after installation service clearly is rated at 10 out of 10. One time I called because the gate was partially open and we couldn't figure out how to move it either direction, and he was there within 15 minutes of my caught Phone call. That's what you called.
