All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

The system was not plumbed correctly and the parts were cheap Chinese junk. Ripped it all out and put in a simpler quality purification system [$500] that doesn't waste 30 gallons to make one gallon or RO which is never told to a customer of typical RO systems.
