Sadly we are the small job, of which the cost has doubled and was told he had higher paying jobs he doesn't want to stop to deal with a low pain sewer job. He said to go find someone else, have a good day. Way to go, nice customer service. Ours is a quick clearing of a short line, of which my husband removes the toilet to save Todd the strain on his back. In response to Todd's comment, it is he that is rude. You have done work for us for years and suddenly your customer service has evaporated.

After paying the $60 service fee for him to assess the problem, we did not receive a written estimate. When we requested a written quote, he informed us it would cost an additional $100. On top of that, his communication over text was very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend looking for another plumber.

The bill was also less painful than I expected! I had mentioned that I knew the flapper was leaking too, but told him I could deal with that later to save a little money. Before I knew it, he had a new one installed -- and I'm very glad he did. It was absolutely worth not having a running toilet added to my list of things I somehow never quite get to. Frankly, this was the easiest part of my entire month. I would definitely call him again and happily recommend him.

The guys worked all day, did a good job and cleaned up. Lo and behold 2days later we had a problem with our furnace and they came out quickly to fix it. We had a small electrical fire so they put us at the top of the list. Thank goodness they were able to replace one insignificant part that was compromised by bats getting into the duct work and shorting out a part. We are back in business and very happy with Monte, the owner and his very capable employees.

The pricing was MUCH LESS than another local HVAC company quoted. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

I originally called Jason out because I thought my septic tank needed to be pumped. He drove all the way out to my property, took the time to look everything over, and then gave me an answer that honestly says a lot about the kind of person he is, "Save your money--you don't need to pump the tank." Instead of taking my money for a service I didn't need, Jason identified that the actual problem was roots clogging the intake to the tank. He could have easily pumped the tank, collected the money, and sent me on my way, but he chose to be completely honest and upfront with me. That kind of honesty, integrity, and professionalism is hard to find these days. Jason put doing the right thing ahead of making a quick dollar, and that speaks volumes about both him and Tom's Septic. If you need septic work done, I would highly recommend Tom's Septic. Having someone show up, diagnose the real problem, and tell you when you don't need to spend money is exactly the kind of business I want to support. Thank you, Jason, for being honest and treating me right. You've definitely earned my trust and my future business
