Worst experience ever I paid almost 200$ to have my hair highlighted I wanted the balayage hair showed the hair dresser a picture told her up front I had it colored dark brown and I use regular hair products, she said she could match the picture anyway, when she was done my hair looked exactly the same she then accused me of lying about my hair color saying I colored it black when I didn't never had black hair ever! Then she went on to say oh well it will lighten with the products you use in a few days anyway! When I said I wasn't happy with the color she said well sorry you feel that way but the price is the price. I left wanting to cry so then I I kept calling the shop to talk to the manager/Owner they kept saying she was unavailable so I left my number after about 3 days she finally called me back and it was the owner Kyrene she had already made up Her mind before hearing what I had to say called me a liar saying again I died my hair black before and lied about it then she went on to say it's cause I use cheap products and she wasn't going to fix it I am f*cked and she hung up on me!! What kind of owner talks like that to a customer especially a new customer that paid almost 200$ to come out and not look one but different except my hair felt burned and Melanie teased it so bad I had to help her untangle it! The whole time I was there all the hair dressers including Kyrene were talking stuff about the clients that were coming in and out I can only imagine what they said about me after I left the most absolute worst experience of my life what type of ghetto owner doesn't care about their customers experience or wether they come back or not?? Terrible terrible terrible It's obvious she is friends with her workers and cares more about her ghetto friends that mistreat their clients then she does her clients I will report this to the hair board and I will never go near this place again! I went to get my hair cut, dyed, & applied tape in extensions with glen and let me tell you I'm so happy with the results my hair was long stringy and dry and she brought it back to life with a cut and deep conditioning treatment! My hair feels super healthy and thick! Keep in mind my hair has always been fragile and thin. I've had black hair for YEARS now and she got me to this beautiful color my hair does not feel damaged what so ever after bleaching it! I don't trust anyone to bleach my hair but I was willing to give it a try and I absolutely love it ! I pretty much didn't lose any hair ! I got 20INCH tape in extensions and they blend so perfectly I chose the color and she matched my hair to them perfectly in one session. I love the vibe of the salon . I got my spiral perm done by Vee on June 27, 2020. I was quite nervous since I was unsure on how it would look, since I had pin straight hair.I showed her a picture that looked achievable and she was able to deliver! I also got a trim since my hair tips had been quite dry. We decided not to perm my roots (again, I was unsure on how it would look) but being that my hair grows quite fast I will for sure get my roots permed the next time. It's almost been 6 months and the curls have kept their shape. The products you use are KEY to make them look their best. The price came to less to $300 (for my length, density and how much perm solution was used). Overall I recommend Vee! She was great and cared for the overall health of my hair. I read your comment and do not understand how you are saying you made changes when you were one of the ones talking about clients along with all your workers making fun of some about everyone that walked in and out of there like you guys were better? Aside from that to hear you guys get defensive over someone dissatisfied with their hair they had just paid good money to get colored towards a paying customer is absurd I could not believe the terrible customer service in every way possible! Edith was amazimg ! I was very nervous/anxious to visit a salon but, Edith was awesome asf! She did exactly what I asked for and was very nice! She didn't push any services on me that I didn't want. I recently went to lehair for my first time and saw Viannie Soto, i was a bit anxious due to the fact i had a somewhat poor experience at a different salon where i didn't really get the blonde i wanted and iam glad i went to viannie she listened to what i wanted and gave me choices and corrected my hair from a brassy blonde to a prettier blonde and I couldn't be any more satisfied!
