I been a bit hesitant about getting any services in this salon because of the reviews. I decided to give it a try, I called to check if I may be seen for a blow out hairstyle in that same day & with no issue was able to be seen. I asked for the big rollers, as I seen a client next to me getting a blowout hairstyle with big rollers being used on her. I was advised that she did not have any as the salon has yet to provide her with some. Overall it took a little longer than expected, 1hr & 15 minutes. I was charged by the manager $70. I wasn't complete satisfied with the service especially for the amount paid. I booked a color correction with Cassandra. I wanted to get rid of the red tones in my hair. When she was finished with my hair the first thing I noticed was red tones on my roots she pointed it out as well, she said she put the wrong toner in my hair . She told me to come back in a week so she can fix it and she did BUT it faded very quickly back to the color she originally put the first time( the wrong color) I messaged her and let her know it doesn't blend nicely I asked for a root smudge so it blends nicely but it doesn't look good at all she said fading is expected ( I know that) but I didn't pay $550 for it to fade for a color I didn't ask for . She made a mistake put the wrong toner on my roots fixed it but it was only a temporary fix. The first picture is what I walked out with and the second picture is what it looks like now . As you can see it does not blend AT ALL and looks horrible it's literally my roots, red, and blonde . She said she could fix it but she wanted to charge me AGAIN which is ridiculous because that color should've never been in my hair to begin with. read more

I had an appointment with Melanie ( Mel ) for a consultation at 12:30pm and I was not seated until 1pm the hair stylist didn't even came to me that she'll be with me shorty I mean no communication. Drove all the way to Le Hair Salon from Hollywood, CA to get my hair done by my new hairstylist Cassandra. I came in with a 6 month old root (due to covid no salons have been opened ) and she managed to get my hair platinum blonde by doing an overall color retouch and doing my roots. The price is definitely affordable due to be quoted elsewhere for $600+ on the same process and not even the shade of platinum blonde I got at Le Hair Salon. The staff was very energetic and fun! The salon owner was kind enough to introduce herself and seeing the ambiance of women of all ethnicities working together to accomplish the same goal, doing hair & making women feel amazing in the process I already booked my next appointment for my root touch up and looking forward to coming back to be blessed by the best. I DO NOT recommend coming here to get your hair dyed!!!! I was there two weeks ago to get a higher ombré. I already had my hair light ombre before going there so the color that I had I loved. All I wanted her to do is for my hair to be more blonde and for the ombré to get closer to to the roots. Before coming here I did my research on which one of the girls I wanted to do my hair since on her Instagram page she has posted beautiful images of blonde hairs that she has done. I booked my appointment. Showing up to LeHair salon, she asked me what I wanted to get done, I showed her the image she had posted on her Instagram and she said okay, she told me the total cost for my hair to be dyed and trimmed it would be $330, minus the $50 deposit I made to book the appointment, so end cost would be $280, i said okay and she started on my hair. I noticed she foiled my hair different then what I seen before when I had my ombré done somewhere else, I didn't say anything since I was guessing this is a new technique that she uses, this is my first time coming to this girl and to this salon. And before anybody thinks "why didn't you just got back to the hair stylist that did your hair" and that's because she lives in Texas. So once She started to rinse out my hair and remove the foils she said that my hair started to have an orange tone, and it was maybe because of the head n shoulders shampoo i use on my roots (I have a sensitive scalp), which I never heard that before when getting an ombré with other hair stylist. So when she said that she put something on my roots and it started burning a bit, this girl put bleach on my ROOTS!!!! I never told her to do that! My roots were to stay the same natural color I have. After she put toner and left me there for 20 min, she rinsed out my hair, sat me in the chair not facing the mirror while she was blow drying my hair and curling it. She turned me around once my hair was all done but i wasn't able to see this damages on my hair since it was curled. I paid my amount and even my boyfriend noticed that wasn't the type of hair color i was suppose to get. This girl literally messed up my hair, I did send her a message letting her know that my hair did not at all come out the way the picture I showed her. I did ask her to refund me back half of the money or to speak to a manager or supervisor and all she said was she is sorry and that she could have me come back in to fix it. How the hell can she fix it when she was the one who did this in the first place and I know she knew what she did and still let me go home like that. I washed out my hair the same night I got my hair done and while I was blow drying it I was noticing three different colors on my hair! I WOULD NOT GO THERE! I will show pictures of my before hair, what I wanted and what I got! This is embarrassing, If this girl was not able to dye my hair the way I wanted to, all she could have said sorry I can't get it to that color, or if she noticed the damage she did and owned up to her mistakes, I would have gone back for her to fix it but I would not let her touch my hair again, she might make it even worse!!! The person who did my hair her name is Edith goes by king beauty on Instagram. The reason why I am sharing this is because she is unprofessional and thought that I was blind not see my dam hair colors! She does not consider my time and my money that I also worked hard for. I've been to this salon a few times over the years, always has been a stellar experience. My last appointment was a little over a month ago, and I just feel like I should write my review now. I went in with box dye brown hair; about a level 4. I wanted to go copper. My stylist said that was the best option because it's easier to achieve after having box dye. I was fine with that. I showed her my reference photo (see below) and she said that wasn't a problem. I was there from 3:30 until almost 9:30 at night. I didn't mind. I know color corrections are tedious and long processes. The reason I'm writing this is because 1. The picture I showed her was NOTHING like the results I got, and I expected the color I showed her to be an easier route because it was actually a darker color than what she gave me. 2. I had a huge bleach spot in the front of my hair, which I ended up fixing myself with color depositing conditioner and 3. When I reached out to my stylist and told her it wasn't the shade I was hoping for, she said she'd only fix it if I paid more money. According to her manager. I don't think that's right. It's one thing if I just changed my mind about the color, but it's another thing if the color is wasn't right to begin with. I paid $325. I should've gotten my moneys worth. I was met with a sudden financial hardship and so I reached out via Instagram to let the stylist know I wasn't sure when I'd be able to come in to get the color redone, and for some reason she ended up unfollowing me on Instagram. I don't know what I did to deserve that either. I don't think I'll be going back to Le Hair after this experience. It was very disappointing, I have friends that are cosmetologists and I asked them if I was being fair in my feelings and approach and they agreed with me. I attached the photo I showed her vs. what I got below. My hair is much more orange in person. I use cold water and color safe redKen shampoo and my hair faded to an almost pale orange in under 2 weeks. read more

I found the salon on IG and I was in between hair salons atm. I had no complaints really on my first apt to the point where i even rebooked for months later. The only thing they did different at the last second was do a $50 deposit. whatever i've never personally done one to get my hair done. Especially for a salon w great clips vibes and no seating . well a month passes and my apt is coming up. Completely forgot about it this week due to a death in the fam. I didn't get a remind text about my appointment ( i swear i put it in my calendar ) a day before or anything. I usually get my hair done in the Bay Area. Since I haven't been able to fly back, I had to find a new color stylist in AZ. I'm so glad I discovered Lisa on StyleSeat. I browsed her artwork on instagram at lisamarie_doeshair. When I saw her repost something from Guy Tang, that moment was the game changer. I love Guy Tang! It was easy to schedule an appointment online. I booked my appointment 2 months in advance to secure the date. Her schedule fills up pretty quickly, especially on Saturdays as she does not work on Sundays. You can also text her for an appointment. The salon is located next to Arby's, across the street from Safeway. As I arrived on a Saturday morning, the place was very busy. There were customers in the process of getting their hair done, and plenty of customers waiting their turns. Lisa greeted me with a smile, and took me to her station. She asked if I had a picture of what I wanted done. To keep me entertained, she offered to bring me magazines - fashion vs gossip. As she worked, she was very gentle with my hair. We had a lot of fun chatting about the latest movies and burger joints. She would offer water/coffee, and initiate questions about the health of my hair. I really appreciated the useful recommendations, such as trying pureology shampoo and brushing my scalp to stimulate hair growth. Originally, she was going for the partial balayage, and ended up with a full balayage to get rid of the yellow in my hair. She teased my hair and used foils. Lisa took care of my dark roots, and painted it with a brown base. After she washed my hair and blow-dried it, I was ecstatic to see the magical transformation of a dull yellow to a stunning blend of grey/brown with a tint of lavender. My hair was B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L. You know she did a fantastic job when other stylists kept on complimenting her. One even asked what formula she used. I highly recommend Lisa! She's a true artist, and has been working at the salon for 8+ years. The prices are fair. Remember to bring cash. I forgot to bring enough cash, and ended up buying something at Safeway to get cash back. read more

Had my hair done here by a stylist name Glen about a month ago and was suppose to be corrected a month ago (very simple procedure) but due to coronavirus stay at home order, I had to wait almost 4 weeks, then recieved rude and unprofessional personal messages from the stylist who did my hair to begin with, going back and forth over pettiness, Finally after contacting the salon page i recieved a call a week ago from the owner (i think) i explained the situation, she then apologized and told me she will fix this and call me back the next day, never received a call its been a week now. I paid $210 to get my hair done here, it was not done the way I explained it to this girl and that's after I waited almost an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time because she had another client in her chair and had to leave to run an emergency errand before she took me smh what a mess, so unprofessional!!! To think, I waited this long to write this review in hopes that they would correct this screw up but I don't think I'm going to recieve that, it's hard to trust a new place to get your hair done and this is why! I booked with my usual stylist to tone my hair a dark ash blonde. I noticed that my roots were bright red when I got home. I know that stylists aren't perfect but the way she handled it was unprofessional. She wanted to charge me to fix her mistake. She was going to add black on it for free but she KNOWS that as a blonde that black is a big no so when I asked to just get them bleached so it doesn't mess it up more in the Long run she wanted to charge me for it. The worst part is that she can't even own up to her mistake, she just said I was "UnHaPpY". The salon didn't want to do anything about it because she's an independent stylist but it makes their image look hella bad. read more

Honestly from my experience its a hit or miss situation because you get paired with random hair stylists i got my hair done for a balayage and it came out great but when i when back to get a retouch since it had grown out the person i got someone who didnt know what they were doing and my hair came out a mess it was not blended at all it looked very blotchy and my hair got very damaged from it so much fell out and it looked crispy, she also toned super dark when i asked to go lighter. I should've requested the same hair stylist who did my hair the first time but if you are coming i suggest requesting an experienced person. Had my hair dyed this month by the stylist Bri, and got my hair damaged by the bleach. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and got the complete opposite. As she was bleaching the front pieces of my hair she said there was a strand that didn't want to get bleached, but she was supposed to separate that piece, and she didn't. So the other pieces that were already finished bleaching were getting overdone. She noticed she had messed up because she saw me noticing how damaged it got. It started to fall off the ends. I was so excited to go back to this salon because they did such a great job the first time I had gone there, and this second time really shocked me. Never even got a partial refund after I asked either. Basically paid $180 to get my hair damaged. She also didn't show up the next day to fix it. Very unprofessional. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. First, the lady who did my hair was named Mia. I was so excited to get my hair done. I decided to splurge for my birthday and do this for a bday gift to myself. I asked for a blonde balayage and showed her a picture. Mia proceeded to tease the heck out of my hair. I know teasing is a technique for balayage but she went way overboard on the teasing and MATTED my hair. It was so bad she had to have someone else come try to help brush through it. They ripped through my hair for almost AN HOUR. Even the girl helping her was like "next time don't tease her hair like this" I was on the verge of tears bc it hurt so bad. When I asked how did this happen?? She said it was bc my hair is super fine and thin. She tried blaming ME. She never even apologized or took responsibility. My scalp was red and sore for the rest or the day. THEN once she washed it out it wasn't the color I asked for at all. It didn't look anything like the picture I showed her at all. It was blotchy too. I HATED it and I was crushed. I literally went to my car and cried for like 30 minutes. I had to spend my birthday having horrible hair and look at pics and hated it. I called and spoke with the manager Yvette and she was rude and unprofessional. Told me she would not give me a refund bc that's their "policy" I said even when your stylist literally physically HURT me?" She said "you're acting like she did it on purpose. Your hair is super fine and thin that's why it happened" I said it doesn't matter if it was on purpose or not if she knew what she was doing and did it correctly it wouldn't have happened and to blame my fine hair is absurd bc I've had balayage plenty of times and have never had this happen. The only reason they're even getting one star is because SOME of the lady's were nice. 2 weeks ago I paid $250 to go for what I wanted to be "blonde" but left with brown hair after 7 hours of being there! I was told I was getting a balayage mind you I'm already blonde but just want my roots to fill nicely into my already blonde hair and have it touched up, so the lady starts lightly bleaching my ROOTS only and some orange I had in my hair okay cool not a problem but then here comes the toner after 5 hours and right away new something was wrong as it's being washed I told her right away it's so dark and she says no that's just cause it's wet okay take her word 2 hours go by and finally she's blow drying it and the second I look in the mirror I am in disbelief of the color it's NOT what I asked for and my blonde I originally had was GONE After 8 hours salon is closed last ones there I tell the lady it's not what I wanted but needed to call it a night, I call the manager the next day decides to reschedule and fix. 5/28 time for round 2 go @ 12:45 deal with unprofessional ladies who HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY HAIR FROM GEICO but was putting 2 cents in was there until 3pm and all that was done to my hair was washed with toner remover and heated then blow dry! My hair is not what 250$ should be ! I wasted time I wasted money late for work for my hair to be this ! Unacceptable unprofessional no offer of return $ no discount but to only tell me if I want my roots lighter I'd have to pay.. so someone explain this to me first treatment the lady BLEACHED ONLY my roots and toned it ended up using wrong toner which canceled out the bleach because they went right back dark second time washed out ALLL that was left in my hair "toner" to leave my hair back to how it was when I went in ? I found this hair salon on Instagram. The reason I pIcked the stylist Erin Hensley is because of a hair color the page posted that I loved. They said she did it. I messaged her, sent her the photo of hair color and booked my appointment. Erin said she could do the hair color and cut for $243. I agreed with price. I showed up at 10am. And ended up staying there 8 hours. When Erin said she was done with my hair the first time. I had blonde streaks in it from the bleach. I told her this isn't what the picture looks like. Can you please fix it. She washes my hair for the second time then puts another toner/color in it. It turns out ashy looking. I complain again and show her the picture I sent her before I booked my appointment. At this point I'm in tears. She asks me " What do you want me to do?" Do you want me to ask another stylist that has been doing hair longer than I have. I said Yes, please. Now she washes my hair for the third time then Erin colors/toner it again. This is the " THIRD" time trying. My back was soaked from washing my hair so much. I gave up at this point. My hair looked nothing like what I sent her. To top it off, Erin cut my hair and half way through curling it she says Oh, I forgot to show you the haircut. My hair was supposed to be dark brown with copper tones. I will post picture from their Instagram page. I still paid full price for a hair color that I didn't ask for. Erin Hensley didn't even offer me a discount for the extra time and color she could not deliver on. When I walked out the salon I was in tears.
