What I walked out with

I booked a color correction with Cassandra. I wanted to get rid of the red tones in my hair. When she was finished with my hair the first thing I noticed was red tones on my roots she pointed it out as well, she said she put the wrong toner in my hair . She told me to come back in a week so she can fix it and she did BUT it faded very quickly back to the color she originally put the first time( the wrong color) I messaged her and let her know it doesn't blend nicely I asked for a root smudge so it blends nicely but it doesn't look good at all she said fading is expected ( I know that) but I didn't pay $550 for it to fade for a color I didn't ask for . She made a mistake put the wrong toner on my roots fixed it but it was only a temporary fix. The first picture is what I walked out with and the second picture is what it looks like now . As you can see it does not blend AT ALL and looks horrible it's literally my roots, red, and blonde . She said she could fix it but she wanted to charge me AGAIN which is ridiculous because that color should've never been in my hair to begin with.

Went back to get my extensions in, and hair toned, COMPLETELY hate the tone, it doesn't even match them, I suggest not coming here anymore, since I even said id be ok with bleaching but didn't get what I asked for nor wanted, paid for something I'll be fixing myself

This is my second time visiting this salon and it was yet again an amazing experience. I got a cut and style both times by Kim and invited my mom to come with to get her hair wash and styled. Kim did an amazing job yet again and I left the salon feeling brand new. She was so kind and talented. I will be returning here for all my haircuts in the future .

I am nothing but disappointed and upset. I had an appointment with Melanie ( Mel ) for a consultation at 12:30pm and I was not seated until 1pm the hair stylist didn't even came to me that she'll be with me shorty I mean no communication. I finally get seated and I get a color correction and all over color through out the process I notice her station was so un sanitary and disgusting! I should have just left at that point but I have no clue why I didn't. Besides everything she ripped so much of my hair she was super rough I mean the worst experience of my life never again.

I've been to this salon a few times over the years, always has been a stellar experience. My last appointment was a little over a month ago, and I just feel like I should write my review now. I went in with box dye brown hair; about a level 4. I wanted to go copper. My stylist said that was the best option because it's easier to achieve after having box dye. I was fine with that. I showed her my reference photo (see below) and she said that wasn't a problem. I was there from 3:30 until almost 9:30 at night. I didn't mind. I know color corrections are tedious and long processes. The reason I'm writing this is because 1. The picture I showed her was NOTHING like the results I got, and I expected the color I showed her to be an easier route because it was actually a darker color than what she gave me. 2. I had a huge bleach spot in the front of my hair, which I ended up fixing myself with color depositing conditioner and 3. When I reached out to my stylist and told her it wasn't the shade I was hoping for, she said she'd only fix it if I paid more money. According to her manager. I don't think that's right. It's one thing if I just changed my mind about the color, but it's another thing if the color is wasn't right to begin with. I paid $325. I should've gotten my moneys worth. I was met with a sudden financial hardship and so I reached out via Instagram to let the stylist know I wasn't sure when I'd be able to come in to get the color redone, and for some reason she ended up unfollowing me on Instagram. I don't know what I did to deserve that either. I don't think I'll be going back to Le Hair after this experience. It was very disappointing, I have friends that are cosmetologists and I asked them if I was being fair in my feelings and approach and they agreed with me. I attached the photo I showed her vs. what I got below. My hair is much more orange in person. I use cold water and color safe redKen shampoo and my hair faded to an almost pale orange in under 2 weeks.

Drove all the way to Le Hair Salon from Hollywood, CA to get my hair done by my new hairstylist Cassandra. I came in with a 6 month old root (due to covid no salons have been opened ) and she managed to get my hair platinum blonde by doing an overall color retouch and doing my roots. The price is definitely affordable due to be quoted elsewhere for $600+ on the same process and not even the shade of platinum blonde I got at Le Hair Salon. The staff was very energetic and fun! The salon owner was kind enough to introduce herself and seeing the ambiance of women of all ethnicities working together to accomplish the same goal, doing hair & making women feel amazing in the process I already booked my next appointment for my root touch up and looking forward to coming back to be blessed by the best. I DO NOT recommend coming here to get your hair dyed!!!! I was there two weeks ago to get a higher ombré. I already had my hair light ombre before going there so the color that I had I loved. All I wanted her to do is for my hair to be more blonde and for the ombré to get closer to to the roots. Before coming here I did my research on which one of the girls I wanted to do my hair since on her Instagram page she has posted beautiful images of blonde hairs that she has done. I booked my appointment. Showing up to LeHair salon, she asked me what I wanted to get done, I showed her the image she had posted on her Instagram and she said okay, she told me the total cost for my hair to be dyed and trimmed it would be $330, minus the $50 deposit I made to book the appointment, so end cost would be $280, i said okay and she started on my hair. I noticed she foiled my hair different then what I seen before when I had my ombré done somewhere else, I didn't say anything since I was guessing this is a new technique that she uses, this is my first time coming to this girl and to this salon. And before anybody thinks "why didn't you just got back to the hair stylist that did your hair" and that's because she lives in Texas. So once She started to rinse out my hair and remove the foils she said that my hair started to have an orange tone, and it was maybe because of the head n shoulders shampoo i use on my roots (I have a sensitive scalp), which I never heard that before when getting an ombré with other hair stylist. So when she said that she put something on my roots and it started burning a bit, this girl put bleach on my ROOTS!!!! I never told her to do that! My roots were to stay the same natural color I have. After she put toner and left me there for 20 min, she rinsed out my hair, sat me in the chair not facing the mirror while she was blow drying my hair and curling it. She turned me around once my hair was all done but i wasn't able to see this damages on my hair since it was curled. I paid my amount and even my boyfriend noticed that wasn't the type of hair color i was suppose to get. This girl literally messed up my hair, I did send her a message letting her know that my hair did not at all come out the way the picture I showed her. I did ask her to refund me back half of the money or to speak to a manager or supervisor and all she said was she is sorry and that she could have me come back in to fix it. How the hell can she fix it when she was the one who did this in the first place and I know she knew what she did and still let me go home like that. I washed out my hair the same night I got my hair done and while I was blow drying it I was noticing three different colors on my hair! I WOULD NOT GO THERE! I will show pictures of my before hair, what I wanted and what I got! This is embarrassing, If this girl was not able to dye my hair the way I wanted to, all she could have said sorry I can't get it to that color, or if she noticed the damage she did and owned up to her mistakes, I would have gone back for her to fix it but I would not let her touch my hair again, she might make it even worse!!! The person who did my hair her name is Edith goes by king beauty on Instagram. The reason why I am sharing this is because she is unprofessional and thought that I was blind not see my dam hair colors! She does not consider my time and my money that I also worked hard for. I wouldn't go here with any of this girls unless you've been here and have somebody you like.

I was so happy and excited but a little bit nervous to get my new hairstyle short because it's always been long. Anna was so knowledgeable so kind and professional she made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely loved her Customer Service she has great technique can't wait to go back highly highly recommend her.

AFTER

I went into the salon as a new client and saw Glenilah for a color correction. My experience with her was amazing from the moment I sat in her chair to the moment I left the salon. Not only was my hair fixed but the stylist was extremely thorough when it came to explaining the process of what she was doing to my hair. The stylist was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable as a new client. Overall great experience and I'm so pleased with my results. I've included a before and after picture of my hair.

Yes we do all types of perms. Speciality perms start at $100 and depend on length and density.

Do you do keratin fusion extensions?

We do infusions, tape ins, sow ins, clip ins (participating stylidts). Requires a $250 deposit. Deposit incudes the purchase of hair. Any money left over is applied to service. After that its $100 an hour for service. Along with a consultation

Monday I get a phone call maybe 10 minutes into my appointment time and I asked "Did you check your voicemail?" Then I was informed with an attitude that they do not work on Sundays. I am sorry that the universe allows emergencies to occur between Sundays and Mondays. Life happens! Then after I hang up they had the audacity to send me an invoice for $50 that WILL not be paid. Even prior to my 1st appointment I had to "pre-pay" which I have never done, not even at high end salons. I can understand if I was a "repeat offender" but just like attorneys, dentists and doctors there are salons everywhere. What a way to keep your client base!!! I do not even do this if a patient does not show up for an appointment at my office. Again, consider the situation?? They didn't ask about the situation it was all about the money. If a repeat offender of course I get it but things happen in life that take more important precedence than a haircut appointment. So if you are new and want to have to pre-pay for your service before even walking thru the door or EVER have an emergency 24 hours prior to your appointment DO NOT GO HERE-find a better salon!!!!!!!!!!
