The Casino has an actual no-smoking area upstairs. The main bar downstairs we have checked out and hung out in to sip a few cocktails and the BF played the slot game at the bar. Parking is plentiful and there are cameras everywhere. I hate the entry way inside to go to the elevators, both just give you that dirty disgusting vibe. Once you reach the inside of the casino and hit the brick floor the vibes are a little better. The casino offers plenty of options for eats from a steakhouse to a cafe and bakery, a grille and the above mentioned spots and more. The game room is OK. We played Halo the entire time since it's our favorite game. The drinks in the bar are cool depending on the bartender you chose. Asia serves some good eats, they are pretty expensive but the chefs are legit. I have hit-n-miss experiences with the bakery/cafe when trying their selections, so venture at your own risk. I really only come here when the BF suggest and it's just a pit stop for us to either begin our night or end our night.

It was difficult and they were not nice about it. Then, they preset the air conditioning to shut off at 11:00 PM and not turn on again until 7:00 AM and it was hot! Daughter had an asthma attack because of it but they could care less. It was all about the owners wanting to make more more money at our expense! I'd find someplace else if I were looking in St. Louis again. The rate was also twice as much as another 4 bedroom we rented a 1/2 block away for the wedding! I do not think that this company can be trusted. Avenue's site states: "Low Fee Guarantee - We…read morematch any competing proposal fee for comparable service. We won't be beat on fees." Avenue does not keep its word. I was in talks with Avenue, as I was considering using them as property manager for my rental. Per the request of the Avenue employee I was speaking with, I sent him a leasing agreement I had with a competing property management company. I did this to see if Avenue would actually stand by their word and make good on their "low fee guarantee." After talking with me on the phone about it, the Avenue employee actually agreed with me that my lease with this other company was an "apples to apples" comparison with their own. However, he said that they would charge me more than the other company. In other words, they would not honor their own guarantee. They do not keep their word. Also, there are multiple fake positive reviews of this company. I'm 99% sure that some of these fake reviews were posted by their employees. I would advise staying away from this company.

I gave Your Way Moving a chance to earn my business and they exceeded my expectations…read more All the other moving companies I contacted only send out two men per truck, so that is the norm. Your Way Moving sends out two men and a truck, so I can't say anything is wrong with that, as it is the normal standard moving company practices. I had originally scheduled a moving date and I had to change it. I had no problems rescheduling for the next date with no cancellation or change fees. Your Way Moving even gave me two times a morning and evening time to accommodate me. I was able to get the moving date for the following day, the very next day which I thought was awesome as I know they were booked full and made it there business to assist me as much as possible. I had and original date to move and Peter expalined that he didnt have the truck I needed to move me and because of that it was his fault it was changed and he offered me a huge discount for the inconvenience. I mean for the price that I got this move and I went over 4 hours easily at least for our move he gave me a real great value deal. I have no complaints and I am sure he would have moved me on the date requested but I can't resist a discount. The value of this move was outstanding. I am so happy with my choice of moving companies. The movers did not damage any furniture, they had everything they needed to move me. The movers even went beyond what they should have probably done to make sure that we got moved safely as it was a bigger move than they expected. The movers even hauled some stuff away for us that we didn't want. I have no complaints about Your Way Moving. I will let you know that they moved us in a U-Haul truck and I'm sure this is to save on insurance and costs which they pass on to me. The movers worked continuously they didn't take a bunch of breaks, as a matter of fact I had to tell them to have some water and rest a bit. The movers never tried to milk the clock. The movers were even entertaining, they had us laughing with comedy and jokes great attitudes and you can tell they enjoy their work. Those two guys that came out, did an outstanding job. I can't remember their names, but man they were awesome two great young men, I mean they were in their thirties or so but these guys were wonderful, cheerful and had a great attitude. I talked to Peter Smith over there at Your Way Moving and he was awesome and had a great personality with a great attitude, and a very respectful person with great customer service skills. Even he went above and beyond to complete the job abd get us moved, told me I coukd move anytime of the day or night 24/7 I have nothing bad ever to say about Your Way Moving and when I move again I will be using them.
