Lynn was the employee assisting us, but she was anything but helpful. She acted like doing her job was a massive inconvenience, repeatedly sighed, gave us dirty looks and side-eyes, and had a rude and impatient attitude throughout the entire interaction. She also yelled at another employee in front of us and then yelled at us. We were simply trying to purchase a toy that had already been placed on hold. We were not being difficult or asking for anything unreasonable, yet she treated us like we were a burden for needing assistance. Helping customers is part of working in customer service. If assisting people makes Lynn this irritated, then she should not be working in a position where helping people is literally her job. Customers should not be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable for asking an employee to do what they are there to do. Her constant sighing, glaring, yelling, and disrespectful attitude were completely unacceptable. GET HER FIRED!!!!!

Concrete floors, lots of exposed shelving and pretty much everything you could possibly need for living in Montana or just filling your kitchen. I found my meds, I found some snacks and I even looked over their reasonably priced guns (can't buy guns out of state and anyway, I'm heading to Canada). A friendly young lady rang up my sale and I was on my way. It's an interesting shop and I would have not problem stopping here again. [Review 20824 overall - 86 in Montana - 1808 of 2023.]
