I happened to call this location because I saw conflicting times online- google said one thing, the website said something else. I'm happy I called, because the florist was still there. She asked what I was looking for and my price range and it was ready for me to pick up in 15 minutes. I think she made a beautiful bouquet! It cost $20-25. I can't remember which off the top of my head, but I was very happy.

I said oh well I guess we will follow you because we're headed there. She smiled and said well good. We followed her in and she was so kind, sweet, and funny. She told me the story of how her business and the game place next door are connected. I asked because you can walk from one place to another as theirs no door at all. She also was very meticulous in making sure the arrangement was perfect. She added and arranged and cut to make it all work perfectly. Also what I liked is she didn't waste my time, she told me they sold most of their flowers earlier in the day so they were very limited. I love transparency, and I loved the two ladies that were working they were super helpful and you can tell they loved their job. Thank you ladies for the wonderful arrangement!!

Unfortunately, our experience with this florist was far from what was promised in our contract. Late bridal party florals: Scheduled for 10:30 AM but did not arrive until noon after many phone calls asking when they would be there, then arrived right as we were leaving for photos. Late arrival to the venue: Contracted arrival was 1:00 PM; the florist did not arrive until around 2:00-2:30 PM, delaying setup and rushing the work. Our ceremony started at 5pm, with guest arrivals starting at 4:30pm, leaving almost no time to complete everything. Unprepared and missing contracted greenery: Ceiling greenery was incomplete and not installed as agreed. Materials were missing, and our coordinator had to purchase supplies and hang greenery herself. Incorrect cocktail table décor: Tables did not match the contract, candles were incomplete, and some tables were left undecorated. Poorly executed welcome sign: Greenery was sparse, visibly clipped together, and did not reflect what was outlined in the contract. Lack of accountability and follow-up: The company stated they would provide proof that the items were executed according to our contract, but they never did and stopped responding altogether. Overall, the florist's lack of preparation, punctuality, execution, and communication caused unnecessary stress on our wedding day. Do not use this company--it is worth spending more elsewhere.

While the floral arrangements themselves were beautiful, our overall experience with Catherine's Gardens was deeply disappointing and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyful day. On our wedding day, our main ceremony flowers were not delivered as scheduled and arrived more than three hours late, despite a paid delivery and setup service and a confirmed timeline. As a result, we had no florals for our wedding photos. Communication throughout the planning process was consistently difficult. Responses were slow or nonexistent, and I had to follow up repeatedly for clarity and confirmation. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I asked multiple times for a mock-up of our centerpieces to ensure everything aligned with what we had agreed upon, but one was never provided. When we finally saw the centerpieces on the day of the wedding, they did not match the photos, descriptions, or details clearly outlined and agreed upon in our timeline and contract. While florals were present, the overall design and rental items differed significantly from what we planned and paid for, which was extremely disappointing after months of careful preparation. We also paid for an after-reception pickup service. Staff arrived while the wedding was still in progress, dressed very casually, which felt unprofessional and distracting during such an important moment. After the wedding, we reached out multiple times to address these concerns and were told someone would follow up. Despite repeated attempts, we never received a response or resolution. Weddings are emotional, once-in-a-lifetime events, and trust in your vendors matters immensely. Unfortunately, while Catherine's Gardens has the ability to create beautiful flowers, the lack of reliability, communication, and follow-through on agreed-upon details left us feeling let down. I hope sharing this helps future couples avoid a similar experience.
