After my initial call to hopefully address this, it took about a week for them to send me a text offering the minimum possible resolution without even speaking to me. Conveniently, the call-back number they sent didn't work, either. It just goes to show that their management doesn't have the professionalism or courage to have actual conversations with loyal customers. Several thousand dollars later we called Koors from Greensburg who found the problem 1st trip within 10 minutes and had it fixed within a week. Beard insisted we still owed them every dime even after we sent the statement from Koors who actually solved the problem. POOR VALUE for $$. Terry Beard said the smell was due to the owners cats but they didn't own any pets! Just another excuse. If Terry Beard took his car to a service shop several times for the same problem and they didn't fix it, would he want to pay each time they looked at it & said it was fixed? No one would. I'm not sure the car service shop would charge if the problem was not fixed. It's just greed.

However, the company has stated that they "don't care" about losing in small claims court and still refuse to return my money. This situation represents a clear case of unethical and potentially fraudulent business conduct. They should have given me an immediate refund of the $3,000.00 deposit that was paid in good faith for work that was never performed and was never necessary.
