I would like to highly recommend our contractor Parsley Exteriors for all of your roof repair,…read morereplacement, and siding needs! Tyler was excellent to work with and advocated for us getting a new roof after our insurance company would only approve a repair. Tyler has a vast knowledge of this field and working with insurance companies to navigate the red tape and stand up for you. After numerous adjusters and claims representatives (more than I care to count or remember) he helped us win our claim and our insurance company paid for an entire new roof, new gutters, power washing of the siding, new gutters, and eventually painting of the entire house. Remember this was after I was told numerous times they would approve a repair only. Without Tylers guidance and support this would not have been possible. When it came time for the repair Tylers team arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, ensured we were completely satisfied, and ensured a great clean up took place before they left. Tylers company is just not your average contractor but one you can trust. Tyler treats you like family and not just a number. After our repair was completed one of our neighbors used them as well for her roof replacement and she stopped by to tell us how thankful she was that we recommended Parsley Exteriors and how great Tyler was to deal with. She was so happy with their service. I can't recommend Parsley Exteriors and Tyler enough and we could not be happier with choosing them to help restore our home back to pre storm damage condition. Thank you Tyler! Give them a call today and tell them Josh and Beth sent you!

We answer the phone. We show up when we say we will. We don’t knock on your door after a storm trying to scare you into a contract. And when the job’s done, your yard looks better than we found it. But here’s what really makes us different, we actually care about what happens after the sale. Most roofers disappear the second the last shingle goes down. We don’t. We built our entire operation around making sure every homeowner feels taken care of from the first phone call to the final walkthrough and beyond. Think of it less like hiring a contractor and more like having someone in your corner who happens to know roofing. Our team runs on technology that most roofing companies don’t even know exists. We use AI-powered tools to coach our sales team, track quality, and make sure every interaction you have with us is top-notch. We’re not just swinging hammers, we’re building a company that raises the bar for what homeowners should expect from this industry. Indianapolis is home. We live here, we raise our families here, and our reputation is everything to us. That’s why most of our work comes from referrals and neighbors talking to neighbors. We’d rather earn your trust than buy your attention. Licensed. Insured. Bonded. But more importantly actually good at this. Book your free inspection and see for yourself

We were not happy with Richmond Exteriors who handled replacement of our custom awning and I left a separate review for their workmanship and less than competent abilities. This review is for the Tag crew who replaced our windows in our home. As with most home improvement projects during the Pandemic everything cost more and shipments were delayed due to plant shut downs and limited employees. Before the final order was placed Tag scheduled Jacob, the installer, to confirm the final measurement of all windows prior to ordering. I was extremely grateful for this additional step since we had 3 different window sizes. On the scheduled window confirmation date we found out he had a death in the family and would be going out of town. Most would have cancelled our appointment, and understandably so, but Jacob did not. He arrived, handled business, and left town afterwards. The window order was placed quickly afterwards and we so appreciated Jacob going above and beyond. When the windows arrived Tag scheduled the installation date quickly. Jacob, and his team, arrived on time the day of and worked non-stop until done. They obviously knew what they were doing as the removal of the old windows and installing the new windows were completed by mid afternoon. We expected a day and a half process even though we were told one day. Things always happen that delays the process so I was being realistic. Not necessary with this window team. Window removal was done quickly, they respected the interior and exterior of our home and clean up was excellent. You'd never have known they were there except for the wonderful new windows afterwards. We love our new windows, how much quieter the house is and the amount of engery I'm sure we're currently saving. Just from the noticeable difference we've seen already, I'm sure there will be a positive financial savings. Do not hesitate to contact Tag Exteriors if you're in the market for windows, roofing or siding.
