You're encouraged to pay months or even a year in advance, but once they have the money its gone. I was told by corporate that I should have read the fine print. It's a monthly service, billed monthly, but they don't have an auto pay feature so they require you to go to the store and stand in line to make a monthly payment. Payment in advance is convenient for the customer and certainly advantageous for the franchise.

The prices were a little weird. It was hard to tell which type of colored paper was the prices listed. I didn't feel like I received a comprehensive description of the differences but they showed me the cheapest one in the color I wanted and that was good enough. It seems to be in a pretty unused area so I didn't have to fight for parking or walk far at all. That was great. I'll be back for other office related items!

Each time I speak with someone, they are unable to understand the situation and keep telling me that the package has clearly been delivered, but they do not understand that it has been delivered to the wrong location. This is the slowest shipping company, and they have the most issues every time. Now, my business is losing money because their worker didn't check the address on the package he was dropping off, and nobody will even let me just go pick it up from the warehouse.
