Employee there was EXTREMELY rude to say the least & called my mom a liar, without calling the employee that had helped us that day. The initial lady then came in, 15 minutes later and badgered my mom. Claimed she sold us the belt, somehow inspected the whole belt piece by piece and NOTHING was wrong with it. MKAY. TO TOP IT OFFFFF, where the item was defective the employee SCRATCHED OFF even more of the defective piece and further ruined it. & then PROCEEDED TO CALL MY MOM A LIAR about not further damaging the product. I asked her if she could pull up video of both days, if i could even get a word in because began arguing with me, where she told me it was returnable and where the other employee scratched it off with her nasty nails. I walked through the store approaching the counter (lingering a moment or 2) and walk away toward another group of customers at which time the clerk at the counter acknowledged them from across the room. I thought, "Wow I was just in front of her lingering and she never said a word". She was not the only clerk in the store and not one said hello. So just work on greeting all of your customers when they enter the store.
