True pros working with what they were given. I bought the tile prior to hiring the Honey Do List, which makes it a perfect company name. I did not have the time or skill to complete it as well as they did. The brick behind it was super wavy, bumpy and not level, but the new tile is perfect! I'm sure they're fine for carpet cleaning but DO NOT TRUST HAMEED WITH YOUR ORIENTAL RUGS. I…read moretrusted them with my $8,000 antique Turkish rug, a 30-year family heirloom. Instead of cleaning it themselves, they secretly outsourced it to another company I had specifically avoided. For nearly two weeks, I had no idea where my rug even was. When I picked it up, no one mentioned any issues -- but at home, I unrolled it to find a large bald spot stripped of pile. The "before" photos they eventually provided showed normal wear, nothing close to the damage it has now. Worse than the damage was the dishonesty. My refund requests were ignored, and instead they pressured me to let them "fix" it by dyeing it darker. It took him DAYS to send me the before photos. They even called from multiple numbers trying to come to my house after I refused. This experience was unprofessional and shady. I trusted them with something valuable and sentimental, and that trust is gone. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Working with Geiner and Emilio was effortless, and I really appreciated their input when it came to decisions we were either on-the-fence about, or if something we thought we wanted, wouldn't work for our space. They were able to customize our space per our requests, with really great recommendations along the way. They even kept their smiles the whole time our 2 tiny dogs tried to attack them. Beautiful work from an engaged, friendly, and affordable contracting company…read more Geiner and Emilio from CR Tile & Painting are excellent, accurate, and reasonably inexpensive contractors. They accommodated my needs as a confused, nervous disabled first-time homeowner. "I've never owned a home before," is my mantra. I have cerebral palsy, which means I need ADA-compliant mobility aids in the bathroom and hallway. And bariatric, static-loadbearing fixtures that can withstand grueling daily use are hard enough for a chronically ill homeowner to find. But Geiner and Emilio found them, installed them, and adjusted everything to correct my mistakes throughout the renovation. They made my family very comfortable about the process from day one to the last. And they worked much harder than previous more expensive contractors did, without any of the problematic hidden "add-ons" other contractors tried to force on us. Once, they even rescued me from an extremely painful fall outside where no one else saw me stumble! And the work they did, from setting the tiles to hanging our family heirloom mirror to the very difficult sink-vanity? It all looked beautiful in the end. I highly recommend CR Tile & Painting to anyone who needs tile, painting, bathroom appliances, and subflooring repairs.
