This place is a joke, my cousin chelsi was actually better than this place and she is not even a nail technician! I told them my set was crooked and had air bubbles and I asked them to fix a nail, she refused and told me next time not to come back to go to my cousin from now on! Also this happed during a fill on on an acrylic set, her prices jumped from 40 for a fill in instantly to 65+ because my length was considerably long. Mind u the original set was only 72$ . I've given this place a couple chances and This place has fucked up my nails on multiple occasions. They don't talk to you when you come in and just are very half assed with everything. Tried multiple techs there have been hurt multiple times not just little nicks on the skin but filing my nail beds down to nothing and braking multiple nails. Wouldn't recommend. I will never come back to this place ever again. I told them what I wanted done, the owner said that's very kiddish right in front of everyone. Very unprofessional. Then they charged me to use my debit card, did not tell me until my nails was almost done. Very over priced on the service and overcharge. Then the person doing my nails missed the area around my cuticles, I had a hangnail that I had to tell him about. I did not want to give them even 1 star! LA nails in Wilmington Ohio has the worst customer service! I had pedicure on a Thursday 3 days later polish is peeling off. I was told my the owner it takes 2 hours for them to be completely dry.I wore sandals for most of the weekend.not shoes.And to top it all off She said in order for her to do a touch up it had to be the same polish. HELLO if I had a bad experience with that polish why would I want the same put back on.I do not reccomend this establishment and am reporting them to the BBB! read more

Absolutely will never go back to this nail salon. I have four out of ten fingers with gashes from cutting my cuticles with the electric nail file. He was rough and unapologetic. I wanted to apply hand sanitizer to the gashes immediately because I was afraid of infection and the lady who I was sent off to- to do my gel polish got upset with me because apparently alcohol on the nails before gel won't work. Okay understandable... but you over charged me for being cut up and at risk for infection with open wounds... so I'm not sorry, also right after polish I sanitized again because I don't believe this place is very professional (and clean) due to their terrible customer service and lack of care for the customers well being. I know you've heard this u before but I'm really not one to leave reviews. This place is dangerous and I'm genuinely concerned this could go bad so fast. Someone could get a serious infection with open cuts from an electric nail file in an unsanitary environment! read more

Never had a problem there. Love the nail technicians they are always Pleasant and very friendly and do a great job. Have had other people do acrylic tips and have had them burn me with the machines never have that problem at La Nails very good place to go read more
