It will take nearly a year to grow out the damage done by this one stylist. My hair is an absolute mess and the service I received wasn't even close to what I asked for. I even went in with a photo of what I wanted but the stylist didn't care and instead carelessly rushed through my cut without taking what I had asked for into consideration. My hair looks like it was cut by a beginning beauty school student. The salon refused to refund me. When I asked to talk to the owner or a manager I was basically told not to bother, that she was double booked and wouldn't have time to speak with me. Never again. Thankfully there are many other places in Wilmington to get your hair cut.

I took my son in for a haircut. He's a teenage boy, was a little past due for a haircut, and it was a hot day. He sat down and took off his hat. The next thing I knew, and before I had a chance to ask for him to have a wash, she made a face at another stylist in the shop, who also made a face and said, loud enough for both of us to hear "Yikes." I was able to hear him tell her he wanted a 3, 2 fade and she proceeded to do a 5 minute buzz cut. She also cut off his sideburns without asking. Come to find out, this was the OWNER of the shop.
