Holly smokes these guys are the A team. They are as fast as the flash, and professional like James Bond. When owning a rare motorcycle, it is tough to trust someone in taking good care of it while transporting it. These guys have the right equipment when it comes to motorcycle towing. I used their services twice and both times were hassle and worry-free. Pricing is fair, end of the day i needed a real tow guy not just someone to throw a piece of metal on the truck and drive off with it. For the quality of service, i highly recommend these guys always if you are transporting your bike. You do not need to be present when they arrive to pick up the motorcycle. I was able to schedule a pick up for my bike at home, and he was there at the time we agreed on. Rick is a life saver! While riding on my ninja on the 5 south freeway I hit a piece of metal that ended up cracking my oil pan. The bike leaked oil on the freeway but luckily I was able to pull over to saftey. I yelped motorcycle tows and this was on top reviews. I called and Rick answered. He told me he would be at my location as fast as he could. He took about 20 minutes, which was was fast considering that he was driving from Bellflower and with heavy traffic on the 5. His truck has a lift which can lift any motorcycle, sport or cruiser onto his truck bed with the proper tie downs. Rick is the man! Had a flat tire on the 101 fwy, found Rick and his excellent reviews on yelp and got him to come and pick up my bike to the mechanic shop, he next his quoted price from. Our initial phone call (I described him the motorcycle condition location etc. And even sent him a picture of the motorcycle) he was waiting for me to come to the motorcycle location and when I got there he had already have everything set up and soon as I gave him the motorcycle key the bike was loaded and secured on his truck within 3 minutes, he also gave me a complimentary ride in his truck to the bike shop! The guy gave me a quote I said I would call back after seeing if I can start the bike. Nope, can't start it. Call down the list to see if anyone else is available. Someone else refers me back to him. I talk with Rick and he gave me a quote. I gave him my address through text. I waited 30 minutes. No response. I call him And he gave me an eta 30 minutes. I had to call him just to get an eta and he then made me wait an extra 50 minutes. I wanted to give him over 30 minutes to not feel rushed. I was devastated. Worked late on Tuesday, 11/4/14, and then found out my bike wouldn't start, the last thing I wanted to have to deal with! I looked up moto tows in Glendale on Yelp & found Joe. Kept my fingers crossed because I really needed to get the bike to my repair shop before 9 pm or else I would have to pay for 2 tows: 1 to get home, and 1 to get it to the shop another day. Joe came out as soon as I called and got the bike loaded right up. He made a crappy situation actually somewhat enjoyable. He was funny and engaging and had great stories to keep me entertained. For an extra $20, he drove me home after dropping the bike off. He took care of everything for me, including knowing short cuts to the shop from my office to keep the trip under 10 miles, saving me money.
