If…read moreyou just want your bike to get towed right away and not mind getting the disrespectfully attitude and yelled at from the driver, call them and stop reading. In my case, first the owner did not text me back as promised, and when I called back he said: "I don't know why you didn't get a text from me?" And what really doesn't makes sense and piss me off is when the driver delivered and unloaded my bike to the shop, I KINDLY ASKED the driver to write me a receipt, by saying: "Could you please also include the info of my bike, so I can forward the receipt to my insurance for reimbursement? " After the driver ignores me he suddenly yells at me: "Don't tell me how to do my job man! You wanna write that then do it your self, it's between you and your insurance, I ain't doing that! " I mean first, what kind towing company does not including the customer's bike's info on the receipt? And in what universe did I tell him how to do his job??? (Oh did I mention the driver don't tell you the credit card price is different until the last minute when he shows up? )
