When I arrived, the woman was the ONLY employee and she was already working on a customer. She was very kind but I'm afraid that the employees that helped me schedule my appointment did not do their due diligence prior to my service. I have very kinky and thick hair. When I called to make my appointment, I was very clear about having a stylist that knows how to work with curly hair and if they'd be available on the day of my appointment because I was on a strict schedule to make my flight to NY. While the woman was working on her other customer she was explaining to me that she doesn't work with curly hair and wouldn't be able to give me the look I wanted which I understand--not everyone knows how to work with my type of hair. Instead, we settled on a wash and style with my natural hair. But with her still working on the other customer, I had to wait 50 minutes before I realized I was going to be to my flight. I'm very disappointed with my experience because I was relying on this appointment to perfect my look for my NY trip. Grateful that the employee was transparent with her work style as to not waste my time but I will not be coming back. If you choose to come, stress the importance of your preferences so you are not disappointed like I was.

Erika is super down to earth and extremely friendly and courteous. She's also very easy to communicate with. My hair normally doesn't keep curls or waves and my skin is super oily, but she made it work for my wedding somehow! My hair and makeup lasted all night for at least 12 hours and my skin wasn't oily until near the very end (if at all!).
