What starts your experience off is someone greeting you at the door and taking the time to learn what you are looking for and what is important in your next furniture decision. After walking the floor through their products on display, and can't seem to locate that ideal piece, don't worry. The lady was more than nice enough to spend time at a table reviewing a sample book full of great ideas and offered to order whatever we needed. I would have taken some pictures, but they are pretty strict about no photography. The prices are not on the inexepensive side by any means. I will however, justify that statement, by saying the quality of their goods supports the price. We located a few pieces, put them on our wishlist, and anxiously await the completion of our house to comeback and get them!

Ann greeted us so warmly, and as we explored the showroom, the beauty of everything truly took our breath away. Ann has been nothing short of incredible. She stayed in touch, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made us feel genuinely cared for during a very difficult time. After the flood, when we lost everything, starting over felt overwhelming - but with her help, piece by piece, our home is coming back to life. She helped us rebuild a sense of home. I am deeply grateful for the kindness, patience, and support we received here. It has meant more than words can express. Ann has already helped us furnish three rooms, and we're currently working on a fourth. She constantly sends us new furniture ideas and suggestions, which we greatly appreciate. Furnishing an entire home can be overwhelming, but Ann - along with the entire staff at Marc Pridmore - has made the process so much easier. I am truly thankful for all they've done.

The staff took my request seriously and Ms. Ann Choi phoned me days later that they have indeed recovered the documented paper. Furthermore, MPD has issued an apology for the initial delivery and offered repairs without additional cost. A veteran craftsman by the name of Angel came into the house and patchworked the floor, wall frame and door dents with efficiency and precision. I was intriguingly surprised to find out the furniture that I originally purchased has appreciated over $100,000 in MSRP value in time. Nevertheless, I believe MPD has acted in a sincere and honest fashion. Please allow me to express my gratitude; I would strongly recommend Marc Pridmore Designs to any future prospect for furnishing opportunities.

We're in the process of redoing our kitchen, new counters, back splash, redoing the cabinets etc…read more After shopping for weeks at various tile stores, we found what we liked from a local tile, flooring store and brought home a sample. Decided to check pricing on line for the same product, Bardiglio Gray 2 inch Hexagon Mosaic Tile Polished. Stumbled upon Stone Center Online and found the exact same product for $14 less per sheet! Okay, skepticism set in. Saw that you could order a sample so we did. The sample was smaller than the normal sheet but priced almost the same, so we decided to order one sheet. After inspection of the regular sheet and communication with Alan at the Stone Center, we decided to proceed with an order. We communicated to Alan through email a few times with questions and he quickly responded. We were interested in the darker pattern so Alan stated he would hand pick the sheets. The tile sheets arrived well packed, no cracks, scratches etc. All in good condition. Shipping came from Anaheim CA to Pennsylvania. Shipping cost is included in the price. Definitely would suggest shopping locally for a product and then checking the Stone Center for better pricing.

They offered options, but my client was wary and decided not to use them. They charged our card prior to shipping, and when we did not approve the photos they charged a fee of $17.51 by not refunding the full, premature charge of $610.47. They stated that when you submit an order, you are agreeing to buy from them no matter what. If you don't like it, there is a fee. When you buy tile online, it is a gamble for the color. But when the vendor OFFERS another level of approval in the form of photographs and you do not like it, they charge you a fee just for asking. Bad policy to charge before the final level of approval that is THEIR IDEA and also before shipping any product to the customer.

A very important UPS package from Cartier was accidentally delivered to their address. I was extremely worried when I realized what had happened, but Ali and Reza immediately stepped in to help. They took the time to look into the situation, helped locate the package, and made sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant so much to me. This level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. Ali and Reza treated me like family and genuinely cared about helping solve the problem. Their dedication and integrity turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. Beyond their outstanding customer service, Grayson Luxury is also one of the most beautiful furniture showrooms in Los Angeles. They offer stunning, high-quality furniture and décor, and the entire team is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. Thank you, Ali and Reza, for your exceptional help and for representing Grayson Luxury with such professionalism and heart. This is exactly why I continue to support and recommend this business. If you're looking for luxury furniture and truly first-class service, Grayson Luxury is the place to go! Highly recommended!

I chose Grayson Luxury because I wanted to support a local luxury furniture retailer and expected a…read morehigher level of service than I might receive from a large online retailer. I purchased a Caracole sofa for approximately $5,000. Because the piece was not available for me to see in person before purchasing, I ultimately found that it was not the right fit for my home once it was delivered. The sofa remains in excellent, like-new condition. When I contacted Grayson Luxury about a return, I understood that I was approximately 1-2 weeks beyond their 30-day return policy. However, given the circumstances, I hoped there might be some flexibility. I was not asking for a refund. I offered to accept store credit and explained that I would gladly use that credit to purchase another piece from Grayson. Despite these efforts, my request was denied after review by the management team. I fully understand that businesses have policies. What disappointed me was the unwillingness to consider a reasonable accommodation for a customer who wanted to continue doing business with the store. Had Grayson offered store credit, I would have happily remained a customer and purchased another piece from their showroom. Ironically, I have received more flexibility and customer-focused service from online luxury furniture retailers than I experienced in this situation with a local showroom. I remain hopeful that Grayson Luxury will reconsider and work toward a solution that reflects the level of service and long-term customer relationships that many people expect from a luxury retailer. If a reasonable resolution can be reached, I would be happy to update this review accordingly.

The purchases included over ten beds sofas two dining tables and additional home accessories. The website looks great the designs are nice and prices are always presented as discounted. However the actual quality of the products is average at best and in some cases below average. Within less than two years two Charm beds completely collapsed to the floor. One dining table broke. The sofas while still looking fine visually lost all structural support and now sink badly. I recently contacted the company for help because several beds literally broke. To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support. A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions. What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products. Very disappointing experience. Nice design but poor durability and disappointing customer service.

Turns out Karen didn't order two actual rolls as I requested, because wallpaper makers use imaginary units of "single rolls" (a 1/2 roll) and "double rolls" (a full roll), so I only received one roll.
