i Have been European wax customer for years but will never use this location again. Then inside I still waited for waxer. This month I arrive 5 min late, had to wait few more minutes for same waxer then she proceeded to tell me she wouldn't be able to do all my services as I was late. Then while I waited to cancel and get out of there I had to wait again while manager was on phone telling customer she was sorry and hoped she found another location but don't go to Mayfair' as she can't say name but don't go there. This location is very unprofessional plus I had driven 25 minutes each way. Never had this happen at any other European Wax location.

The rest are so dim or flicker which is a sign that it's past time to replace them. I've tanned here for over 10 years and it's a shame that I had to find a new tanning salon. I loved it here but I'm not paying upwards of $100 a month to tan in beds that aren't tanning me properly. The gold bed, (their one and only super bed which is$115 a month) always has issues and has had a section of 8 consecutive bulbs in a row not working for over a year. It's pathetic.
