Seriously one of the best clubs I've been to, especially for its size…read more I went on a Monday night and had a great experience in almost every way. (1) The prices are unbelievable (or were in Monday night): no cover charge, 1€ bag check, 6€ for what I think was an entire liter of beer, 3€ shots. Even in Spain that would be a bargain, let alone the middle of Paris. (2) The hours served me really well. I'm always happy to find a club open on weekday evenings. Things were already moving at about 10:00 (very early by European standards). (3) The people were partying! When I arrived there were only about a dozen, but the dancing was very on. Some other clubs seem to wait until the room is packed and the people are drunk, but these people were at it from the beginning. It was almost entirely guys and girls in their early 20s, possibly a couple more guys than girls at the time, but not a huge disparity and possibly a fluke. (4) The music wasn't great but it did the trick. Bunch of over-popular US songs (mostly rock and some hip-hop) mixed with some French numbers. No real DJ work going on but hey, it was party music and it had the people moving. All in all, this is a gem. It's almost certainly a local spot mostly unknown to tourists, which is why it's so subtle, so underpriced, and so concentrated with local energy.

It's been permanently closed down. Not sure why that hasn't been posted yet. Ordered an Uber there…read morefor nothing.

Arc: For me, its all in the name. Kind of like Toulouse. haha kidding!…read more Well kind of? Coming from LA where clubs rise and fall every six months like the changing of the seasons, you can't help but become a bit of a snob no matter where you go only because you have experienced so many fail. L'Arc is supposed to be THE club, trendy, elite, jet-set, but to me it doesn't give off that vibe on the interior. You might as well be in any club in LA, they are doing the same thing: letting hot girls in and keeping ALL guys out unless they have connections or they have bought a table before hand. Pros: What sells this club for me is that it is RIGHT next to the Arc de Triumph. Literally. Cons: No dance floor, difficult to get cabs late at night, no real point going unless someone in y our group has a table because otherwise there is no where to sit. Oh and ps: I think the music is so-so. All american top of the pop charts singles like rhiana and jay z and no real electro to speak of.

This whole time i was being pushed and shoved by others trying to find people to get them into the club. The bouncers and even the owner himself were no help in telling us why the line wasn't moving. Everybody claimed they didn't speak english. We were told we just had to wait. This whole time people were being let in if they found somebody they knew. It was a complete mess and definently felt very intentional and racist. I will never give this establishment another second of my time or anymore of my hard earned money. This experience messed up my Paris experience as far as nightlife is concerned.

This was a great way to end our Paris trip. At first I thought that they were not going to let us…read morein (the main bouncer) but once my husband said everything that we wanted to do (eat, drink, dance) I think the door man was more willing to let us in (second bouncer). The vibe was great inside! The ladies were super friendly and made us feel comfortable. They had tables at the front for seating, a decent size bar area and a dance floor. Since we were there for dinner we were seated in the front in the corner. Our waiter was super friendly and was patient with us while we ordered. I had the Lobster pasta and it was excellent! The pasta tasted like lobster bisque with a strong lobster flavor. There was bit sized chunks of lobster meat and a claw on top. The pasta was the perfect texture. My husband had the salmon and it tasted fresh and had a nice sauce. The rice was pretty good with the different textures of what I believe to be pomegranate seeds. There was rolls placed on the table but they were hard as a rock so we couldn't even try them. They also had some croutons sticks with olive tapenade which was okay but not our thing. The drinks had unique flavors but not that much alcohol. The live band was good and kept the patrons involved in their performance (I was handed the mic for a sec lol). The dj that came a little later was good as well but we didn't stay to late to see how much the vibe was going to change. Overall we had a great time and I am so glad we had a great experience unlike other Americans and were let in the establishment. I would recommend this place just dress nice slightly conservative and tell them your going to spend money and you should be good.

As a preface, I'm an American (Texan) who was studying abroad in Paris over the summer…read more I LOVE LE MIX. All of my friends who came with me (guys and girls) LOVE Le Mix. We went on 5 different Thursdays - and had a blast each time. It's an international club so you can get these flag stickers showing which country you're from....yes, most people lie and pick a way cooler country, but it's in the spirit of things! The music has a lot of variety. Top 40, latino, random europe stuff - all of it has a fast beat though. It's definitely a dance club on Thursdays so if you're into house music or trance, this place is not for you. I have never been to a club where I liked music THIS much ANYWHERE in the world. That's saying something. The drinks are pricey - but they are the cheapest in any club we found. 8 euro liquor drinks, 5 euro beer, and 3 euro shots (we obvs only got shots ha). The reason I dock a star is because the bartenders had some serious euro-tude! We asked for water and he asked for 5 euro. That's a little much. Overall, I am writing this review so the next confused American girl can find it and know YES, I will have fun here! Because you will...everyone does. It's loud, it's exciting, it's PARIS!

The music was good and there is a slide so you can slide into the dance floor. I was having a great…read moretime until I got my phone stolen. I wanted to love this place, I did. Especially when I heard about it through a friend of a friend…read morewho was actually flown to Paris to spend 3 months helping David Lynch himself design and execute the space before it opened. So, of course, we simply HAD to go check it out on our trip to Paris. Anything David Lynch is part of, I want to see/experience. However, it did not deliver. Sure it was dark (it's a crazy 4-6 stories below ground), but it is mysterious & chic? Well, given that those with a membership can enter from 6p-11p and enjoy it privately and the public can enter after 11p and the public that lines up beginning at 11p kinda ruins the whole vibe, the answer would be a hard no. We arrived and on one side was a line for the dreaded "bottle service" - those willing to pay hundreds and thousands of €, to sit inside a velvet roped area inside the club, Gross. Strike one. We got into the line on the other side, where the bouncers were acting like it was a cross between Studio 54 and an exclusive rap club. They were hassling locals, making them sweat to get in. Then, when it's our turn, they immediately recognize that we're non-locals and speak English to us. They were actually cordial, but said "Good evening sir - - €25 each!" Ugh, strike two. After descending into the cavernous space, which is actually pretty cool, you quickly realize it very small and the seating is all bottle service/"VIP". Then you also realize the crowd is not the hip, creative cognoscenti of Paris, but rather the Parisian version of frat boys and sorority girls, that have zero interest in art, culture and likely have zero idea who David Lynch is. Strike three. Am I glad I went to see it, sure, but I think we stayed 45 mins tops. Ugh.

Probably a good club, but horrible staff, especially the short one who is balding, turns everyone…read moredown.
