This time I am told "your appointment was cancelled by us". As much as I could understand from the manager speaking thru his mask, something about he realized last nite they could not accommodate and cancelled me. I said why didn't you call me, all I got was I'm sorry - Not let's work you in - Not can we make you another appointment ...Nothing! I won't be back. They need to get their system together !!! I came in the next day because I seriously could not show up to prom with nails like that and got them soaked off and redone completely, but before we soaked my nails off, the lady who was doing my nails cut at least 6/10 fingers of mine. I was bleeding and it was extremely painful. Then proceeded to put my hands in boiling (literally bubbles boiling at the top) hot acetone. After she finished my nails for the second time (because I got the same lady both times) -- they were SO THICK. A week before my appointment I received an email from Stephanie saying she only takes cash and Venmo. I wrote to find out how much she would charge, since I needed to bring cash and I was shocked that it would be somewhere over $200.00. I'm from Philadelphia, Pa., and pay half that amount.
