My review is specifically on Lauren's work. She is a super sweet stylist. I have now been to her…read moretwice and she always does a great job and makes me feel at ease. I have very straight, fine hair. I always want a simple trim and very thin, natural highlights. She does this perfectly for me and then styles my hair in soft waves so I feel like a million bucks when I leave! For the salon itself- there a few pros and cons. I like the design of the salon. It's beautiful and a comfortable place to be. I also like the times they are open because I can always get an appointment after work. I do not really like the little boutique they have. The clothes are all really overpriced for what they are and it just seems a waste of space. Also, you cannot tip your stylist if you pay on a credit card. You have to use their ATM. This combined with the boutique makes the customer feel like they are trying to make a few extra bucks at the expense of the stylists. All companies have figured out a way to get tips on a card- it can't be that hard. Overall- I would definitely recommend you visit to see Lauren for color or cut. She also does extensions! But bring cash!

I've seen a dramatic change in the hyperpigmentation and texture of my skin since I've started seeing her. If you're looking to better care for your skin and love being pampered, Alex is your go to gal!!!

I have a big ol' mess of hair. It always kind of floors stylists when they first see it. 'Oh my…read moregosh, you have two heads of hair.' So, obviously, I need a hair wrangler, someone who can cut some style into it and make it look great. And I've had some disastrous hairstyles along the way. Thankfully, I was hooked up with Nicole at The Salon of Arlington. The salon itself is clean and bustling. Nicole does an excellent job (and others were creating some very sharp styles on their clients -- I did see a man in there too, so, men -- don't be shy!) -- she was able to wade through my 'I think that I want this..' mumblings and came up with a modern cut that looks great washed and hair-dryed or styled. For $35 dollars for a style, you can't beat it.

If you want to feel beautiful and pampered when you walk out of a salon (what woman doesn't?!) then…read moreAVOID THIS PLACE. I've been getting my hair washed and blow dried at other salons with no issues. Wash. Blow dry. Simple. However, this salon, specifically Jessica, took what was a simple task and turned it into more work for me. First of all, Jessica was unprepared - stated that she didn't have her stuff at the salon. First red flag. Secondly, she proceeded to blow dry my hair with a regular brush and a blow dryer. I asked her to please use a round brush and she stated she was just trying to get my hair dry before she used the round brush. And then, proceeded to use the round brush in the same exact way she was using the regular brush to blow dry my hair. Second red flag. As she's working I can feel that heavy dread in my chest of "this woman has no idea what she's doing". I am Indian and after she finished "blow drying" my hair - I looked like I had an afro, LOL. I told her I wasn't happy with how my hair turned out and I said I am not going out looking like this. I then asked if I could use their blow dryer to go ahead and fix my hair. I use some serum or smoothing cream they had at the salon, a round brush, and their blow dryer to fix my hair. When I stated that this is what a blow dry should look like her response was "Well, if I had known that's what you wanted I would've told you I can't do it or don't have time to do it" and then went on to tell me that if I wanted it done that way it would have cost $50. An extra $25 for something she should've been doing in the first place. Then with an insincere and sarcastic tone said "Oh well sorry about that" as she moved onto her next client who mind you, is a white woman. Lastly, when I told her we are gonna have to negotiate the price of this wash and blow dry since I had to do some of the work she refused. I said ya know what I'm gonna give her the $25 for wash and blow dry but I did NOT leave a tip. I could be wrong but, I think she was just upset that she was washing and blow drying a brown woman's hair because she had no problem at all moving on to her next client who was a white woman while I stood there and fixed her mess up. If you decide to come to this salon, DO NOT count on them to tell what you need to know or ask you anything to gain clarity on what you need/want. SPELL IT OUT FOR THEM because they have clearly had a slow life.

My family and I have been getting our haircut at the Arlington, TN Supercuts for 4 years straight…read morenow. Never a single issue. Everyone is super friendly and social. Like any quick in and out super economical service provider though, you should expect to have a mix of skill set and employee tenure. That's the risk and the fun part!

More zero star than 1...for real... This place is really bad with customer service. We get there…read moreand the lady that's cutting someone's hair didn't even acknowledge us being there. She was just yapping away with her customer like nobody came in to patronize their business. Whoever she is, she needs customer service training...in particular to greet customers that come in and afford them the opportunity to work. People like her is what's wrong with some businesses everywhere. After a few minutes of that, I had to call the number while I'm already inside just so I can get someone to help. Will not come back here due to first impression! Whoever owns this business, that person made your business look really bad in my opinion. A simple greeting as 'someone will be right with you' should have been good enough...even if we had to wait a little bit for someone to come out. We were there at 4:30 on 8/10/21. You had two employees at the time. The lady I'm talking about is the shorter one with long dirty blond hair. Please figure it out and give her training... She has no clue as to the most basic of customer service! P.S. The person that cut my boys' hairs was pretty good. The boys loved their cut.
