They have hard kombucha and kombucha has a different type and that was so cool to find. Parking is easy. It's in a strip mall. Wow, Komana, wow! This is the first and definitely not the last time I will be here. Today was the second day of their grand opening, and I loved the place as soon as I stepped in. Komana brews their kombucha on site with sporting tanks in the back and several high and low top tables in the front. There is a wrap around bar with several high chairs and one spot to order. The line was a little long, but it was worth the wait as I had to decide on what flavor I wanted to try. Awesome thing was I got to try the peach and strawberry lemonade hibiscus. Both were very refreshing, but there was something about the peach that I loved, so I went with a 16 ounce pour. The place was packed, so I managed to grab a seat at their community couch. The couch was comfy and sported games all from my childhood, including ice blocks and jenga! It was cool to read, and people watch. I really love their no tipping model and all of their non alcoholic options. Literally their is NO option to leave a tip when you pay, and their prices are still amazing! They pay their staff a liveable wage, which is a nice and welcome change! For those that want their drink 21+, they have Prosecco, and they have beer as well. Five stars for me for their service, being family friendly, and so welcoming!! read more

One of the cooler breweries I've been to in the area. It has a very pleasant atmosphere and a great assortment of different beers. I spoke to the owner and he was a really nice guy and it was great to hear his story of how he built the place. They have board games here and different themes for every night of the week. For a relatively new brewery, they offer a very respectable line-up of great fresh beers on tap. Incredibly, they also offer hard seltzer, ciders, and fresh brewed kombucha, made in-house. The environment is comfortable and bright...the perfect place to enjoy tasty libations with friends. I like that this spot is serving really good kombucha plus alcoholic and other non-alcoholic options. My husband and I split 4oz pours of all of the kombuchas that they had on tap when we visited and hands down our favorite was the Thai Basil. I also liked the craft beer options, my favorite was the Tropical Overtime which is a DIPA. They do have prosecco on tap so I got a pour of that to try too. TLDR: Highly recommend checking this unique brewery out. They serve kombucha, beer, wine, and some uncommon beverages. Prices are reasonable. Employees are welcoming and patient. No food for purchase, however, you are bring in outside food. Stopped by while in the area and wow are we glad we did. Komana is amazing! They have excellent beverages, numerous events, friendly employees, and a no tipping policy. It is located in a plaza with ample parking. Two welcoming employees greeted us when we arrived. The menu is clearly posted behind the counter. The online menu displays current and upcoming items. The best way to look up the menu in advance is to go on their social media. We hoped to try the jun tea and water kefir. These were not available at the time so we tried several beers and the watermelon kombucha. We loved the option to try the beverages before purchasing them. The beers were all right, but the watermelon kombucha was incredible. Delicious and refreshing. We ordered a glass of the watermelon kombucha combined with Prosecco. The Prosecco cut through some of the sweetness leaving an even better dry watermelon wine flavor. They do not serve food, but you can bring in outside food. They support nearby businesses by displaying the takeout menus on the counter. We ordered from a nearby restaurant and dined at komana. The inside has a lovely atmosphere. It is bright, clean, and the volume level is ideal, not too loud. Overall, we had an excellent first visit here and hope to return to try the Jun tea and water kefir! read more

I had a fantastic experience! I got to meet the owner, James, who is very energetic and is incredibly enthusiastic about his craft beer and Kombucha. They also sell spirits for onsite consumption, N/A beer and CBD/THC beverages. If you're in the Raleigh area in North Carolina and are into any of these type of beverages -- this is a must stop destination! It has a very relaxing atmosphere as well. I spent over two hours at KōMANA and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or neglected when I needed a refill. Thanks James for the wonderful hospitality! read more

I'm a huge fan of kombucha, unfortunately most kombucha bought at a store tastes more like vinegar. That's absolutely not the case at Komana! This is kombucha done right, because it's fresh and not fermented to the point of it being acidic so it can be bottled. It tastes more like a delicious fruity soda! And as a plus it's actually good for you! I also tried their coconut porter, which is also made here, and it's a very smooth dark beer with great flavor. They have an impressive number of kombucha and beers, and because the kombucha is alcohol free, it's a great place to meet up with friends who don't drink. I highly recommend this place! read more

Talk about a local inclusive location! The owners are the sweetest, most welcoming people I have ever come across at a brewery. We chatted with them for quite a while about the brewery, Hawaii, their travels, and their vision for the brewery. It's so bright and airy and the beer and kombucha are great. The kombucha is the best I've ever had - not funky at all. I tried the guava, oolong, and koffucha. The guava was perfect for a hot summer day, the oolong was refreshing, and the koffucha had cold brew coffee vibes. My husband had a few of the beers and especially liked the mango one. They have some games to play, and a bunch of activities going on every night of the week. They're really trying to make this a local communal spot and you can tell it's going to turn out just that way with every tubing they have going on. I actually like the strong vinegar flavor of a lot of kombuchas so they were a little on the sweet side for me but I could definitely drink them all day long.
