We also ordered the Barolo-braised short rib, which was incredibly tender, rich, and packed with flavor. It practically melted in your mouth. Dessert was the Tiramisu Cake, and it was outstanding. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, it was the ideal ending to a great meal. Whoever fried the food had to have seen it was over because all the breading had fallen off. They obviously didn't care as they tossed it in the bowl anyway. The charcuterie board was Food Lion quality, the cheese in particular (goat and Manchego) were bland and devoid of character. Our server was obviously in the wrong line of work. She never checked how our food was but instead spent her time chatting with another young (very disheveled) lady.
