Nice place for lunch. We have been to this restaurant chain in multiple locations. (Even in multiple states). We have never had any negative experience at any of the locations; we consistently get good service. I love the egg over fried rice; they do a great presentation by cutting the egg in front of you, opening it, and putting sauce over it. The service was awesome, and the ambiance is unique: wooden structure, private rooms. We had an eel over rice dish, a combo appetizer, and a hot pot rice dish; all were fantastic. I would definitely come back. I recommend this place as well.

My barber and his wife told me about this Ramen shop and asked me to go give it a try. My friends and I were in the area because we had recently just stopped by Bell works. The staff: The staff here are friendly and give you that welcoming feeling when you come into the restaurant. They are patient and willing to suggest menu items for first timers. Ambience: The place is clean with no garbage or debris on the tables, chairs, counters, or on the floors. The bathroom is also very clean and not messy. Popcorn Chicken: This was good, but I think it is missing a little flavor to it. Maybe try adding some kind of seasoning to give it that extra kick in the taste buds. Yakitori Plate: This appetizer was cooked to perfection. The pork was delicious with the right amount of taste. The cucumbers were on point as well. The beef was the best tasting one by far. There was something that was like tofu or tasted like tofu, and that was ok as well. The chicken was a little dry. Spring rolls: The spring rolls were cooked to perfection and was also crispy and delicious. Chicken shoyu ramen: The chicken was cooked to perfection and was not dry. The noodles were cooked to perfection and was not too soggy or hard. The soup base was delicious and was perfect with the noodles. Tokyo shouyu ramen: My friend said this was delicious and that he would definitely come back to get this again. Katsuobushi Pork ramen: My friend said this was good and was delicious. However, he said it was a little too spicy for him. Overall: We would probably come back here again if we were in the area again in the future. It is definitely not worth the 45-minute drive for us to come here just to eat and not do anything else.

Good Japanese food. Clean and new environment. I recommend people should try if you like Japanese food. Not sushi one.

This is a popular ramen chain in NYC, and it's great to have a NJ location now so that we don't have to travel so far for good ramen. Not only that, this restaurant is spacious with a lively and trendy ambiance, and is conveniently connected with the bubble tea shop Tbar if you're craving a refreshing drink with or after your meal. Food came out pretty quickly. The shoyu black garlic ramen was a great classic bowl with nice, chewy noodles and a rich broth, and I loved seeing whether I won the hidden surprise promotion. If you get to the bottom of your ramen bowl and see a special red stamp, you can win a free drink/appetizer/dessert/ramen for your next visit. I actually won a free drink for next time! So fun.

I feel gaslit by these reviews LOL. Guys, I really tried to like this place and even dined here twice to give it a 2nd chance. I always try to start with the good when writing a sad review. The ambiance is really nice and they are relatively accommodating if you want to be seated in a booth. Now for the bad and the ugly. The food was really dissapointing. The first time I dined here, I ordered the pork don and my husband ordered the miso ramen. The food came out suspiciously quick, and as suspected, it was not hot. The presentation for everything was beautiful, but the flavor was pretty standard and the temperature was luke warm. On my second visit, I wanted to try the omurice. However, it's a combo meal that comes with a dessert. When I asked if I could order the entreé alone, they wouldn't accommodate this request. They said I can pay for the entreé at the combo price point which I thought was so strange. They offer all the ramen a la carte, so why not the rice dishes too? I ended up ordering the chicken burger which was a total catfish. The sparse mole hill of "japanese fries" was amusing. Call me a hater, but Kyuramen is mid at best :(

We've had Kyuramen down in Cherry Hill, NJ and were so excited to learn that they opened one up closer to us. I love that they have both the private booth seating and the honeycomb seating. Unfortunately, it was crowded when we went on Sunday for lunch so we got a regular table. My husband and I always get the combo meal that comes with an appetizer, ramen, and dessert. However, we felt a little daring today and decided t get the yakitori platter as well. We shouldn't have because we were so full and had to take a lot of stuff home. I have also loved Kyuramen as the service is good, the food always comes out really fast (I mean like within 5 minutes of ordering fast), and everything I've ever tried was flavorful and cooked excellently. The Old Bridge location held up to these standards. I find that most of the time with chain restaurants consistency is very hard to achieve. Like I may order the same dish or item at two locations but it comes out vastly different. But I must say Kyuramen has nailed consistency, flavor, and service. We will definitely be coming back since it is so close!

Love the ramen here Very fragrant ramen and flavorful Service is great and mostly attentive I've been here a few times since opening and each time didn't disappoint. Only wish they asked me for my rewards card since they usually do and this time they didn't and I remember afterwards. I emailed in asking for the points to be added but never got a response. Other than that the food and beverage and desserts are extremely tasty and the price is very reasonable

New spot alert!! This place is absolutely gorgeous, seriously, such a vibe. I was excited when I saw they offer bubble tea and ramen... what more can you ask for? Unfortunately, the food fell a bit short for me. The service was amazing, they have a button at all the booths to call for your waiter (loved that concept). I started with their passion fruit green tea with bubble and that was good. As for the food I started with the crispy sweet chili wings and the flavor didn't make it into the meat. The outside was tasty, but the chicken itself was pretty bland. I also tried the Tokyo tonkotsu shoyu ramen with black garlic, and that was delicious , honestly the only thing I'd order again. I will say the portion is a little deceiving; the bowl makes it look like there's more in there than there actually is. I'd suggest adding more noodles because it just wasn't enough. Next up was the Kyushu spicy tonkotsu ramen , I ordered the mild version and wow, it was intensely spicy, like almost unbearable. Mind you I love spice! The flavor of the broth was good, but the heat needs to be toned way down. I couldn't finish it. I'd definitely go back to try other items because the place itself is stunning and has potential, I'm just hoping the rest of the menu hits better than what I had this time.

We've had Kyuramen in NYC before and were very excited to hear one opened up in my own town! Located in The Shopppes at Old Bridge, the place is very spacious and hosts their iconic honeycomb seating. Each booth comes with help buttons on the side to call your servers at any time. The servers were fantastic and very attentative, and the food was delicious. The edamame was fantastic and a great portion for its price. The ramen was definitely one of the better places anywhere near Old Bridge! Can't wait to try more dishes here. They also have a quick to-go dessert/snack/bubble tea store attached to the restaurant which is also great for Old Bridge. Great experience here!

Great service, the moment we got there we were lucky to be able to sit into the honeycomb shape tables, we know now we will need to reserved a table if we plan to come back a later time. The decor all around the restaurant is pretty and oriental themed. The food presentation is impressive, but when it came down to the food. It was good, my ramen dish was a bit overpowering with the fish smell but the I did try the curry ramen and I do recommend that dish, it was excellent. I recommend doing the combo if you are trying to save a little bit, that is with a drink and dessert which was yummy and light. This location has plenty of parking and accessible to reach.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place out. I try not to expect. When you walk in you notice the hive wall, then the huge tree in the middle, and then the decor. Everything there was very eye catching we didn't even notice someone trying to signal to us. The host had us seated in the one of the higher bee hive things. It was so cool! Our waiter was super nice and if you need him/her you press the button on the wall. But, they are pretty attentive for the most part. Now, the food. OMG, the food. For an app - we order a sampler. It came with season edemame, tofu, shrimp tempura, takoyaki, and chicken. All were absolutely great and they paired well with their sauces. For entrees my husband got the Super Bowl, which had pretty much everything in it. The bowl was huge! I ended up getting the YingYang - 2 differ t ramens. Both were so good we didn't want the ramen to end! We also order drinks - hubs got the coconut smoothie and I got the dragon fruit tea. Both were refreshing and were too sweet! So, the tree they have in the middle is cool! You can write your own mag/draw a picture and the staff will put your msg on the tree! Absolutely a must go if you're around old bridge! We plan to go back soon and try other dishes

I started with the spicy tuna tartare served on fried rice crisps. Perfect portion size, well-balanced seasoning, and just the right level of heat -- easily a 5/5 appetizer. For my entrée, I ordered the A5 beef ramen (not entirely sure of the official menu name, as I couldn't find it listed online). The bowl itself was intentionally simple, which worked in its favor. The broth was extremely rich and flavorful, and with a small addition of chili oil it was spot on. The noodles were clearly fresh and had excellent texture. My only real criticism was the amount of beef, which felt a bit light given the price point. My total for a solo lunch came to about $40 before tip. Overall, I'd rate the experience a 4/5. It's a great spot for an occasional treat, though probably not a regular go-to at that price. If I return, I'd likely explore some of the more budget-friendly ramen options on the menu.

Like many people today, I'm mindful of what I spend dining out, so I expect good value for the price. Since I live in South Jersey, I brought the food home to eat later. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The ramen included four slices of chashu (pork belly), but three of those slices were entirely fat with no meat. I understand that pork belly naturally contains fat--that's part of what makes it flavorful--but receiving pieces that were essentially all fat made the dish unpleasant and felt like poor quality control. I called the restaurant to share my concern, but the response was underwhelming. I was simply told the manager would be informed. When I asked if there was anything further that could be done, I received no real resolution--just a basic explanation of what pork belly is. As someone who understands the product, that explanation missed the point. The issue wasn't what chashu is--it was the quality of what was served. Everything else about the meal was fine, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. However, customer service matters just as much as the food. A simple effort to address the issue or offer a solution would have made a big difference. As a former business owner, I've always believed customer satisfaction should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and for that reason, I won't be returning.

One major plus: street parking is way easier here compared to the Bayard St location. No circling the block endlessly or needing to pay metered parking -- we found free parking right out front, which made the whole experience feel way more relaxed. Any downsides? The Easton spot is smaller, with fewer tables and a tighter layout. We were quickly and warmly greeted by the young woman working behind the desk. She was finishing up an order and then took ours. I always stick to my tried and true favorite of Thai milk tea with boba. I would give my Thai tea a 4/5- it was tasty, but lacked a bit of the stronger/earthy flavors other Thai teas have. My husband got the pineapple tea. He forgot to request boba, so his was just the drink without the bubbles. I liked the stronger flavor of his tea more than mine. The cups were adorable, with cat shaped covers and ears popping up. If you are heading down the shore and are in the mood for a bubble tea, this is a good option. They also offer tangulu (fruit dipped in crunchy, clear sugar coating). We did not try it this time, but I will definitely be back to give it a taste. Very unique menu item that isn't found in many others places!

It was a Saturday night and it was fairly empty which was great since we got a seat quick! I had to start with a guava ice tea; anything guava I am ordering. I also got the shrimp bao buns that were the perfect combination of crispy and fluffy. The vegetable ramen with a side of shrimp tempura was my order and I ate every single bite. Not only is the food good, the restaurant is also decked out in anime which is cool. Parking is free as there's a lot in front. Would definitely come back and try more menu items!

My friend's Tonkatsu Ramen and my daughter's Miso Ramen had them slurping up goodness, while I devoured a medley of grilled skewered delights. While every stick was great, I super recommend their Bacon-Wrapped Quail Eggs. There was so much goodness that we had to take some leftovers home. The service was fin-tastic and the anime and manga murals set a magical fun vibe. Hook, line, and sinker--Rayaki is a reel catch! ;) NOTES/TIPS: **BYOB **Plenty of parking in a shared plaza lot. **Wheelchair-accessible. Clean restroom. **Easy ordering with a checklist-style menu.
