It was my first time…read morehere today and from the welcome at the front desk to the end, everything was perfect and very pleasant and professional. The receptionist is very nice. She first showed me around the clinic and introduced me to the dentist via pictures and handed me a welcome gift. My Hygienist was Kristi and OMG, she probably spoiled it for the rest of them because my expectations are very high now lol. She was just simply superb. The way she communicated was amazingly clear and the way she translated my findings to the Dentis was to the tee. My Dentist was Dr. Carlson. I must be getting old because she seemed so young lol. Very nice Dr. She also communicated everything nicely to me. All together I am happy to say that I found a new dentist. the only feedback I have is with the high cost of getting things done I was offered a plan to break up the cost, but I think it was more like a credit card of some sort. She did say she would not pull my credit and that if she did it would be a soft pull but not until I looked up the payment plan. Of course I declined it immediately since the interest rate was 33%. I think they need to offer better options like my old dentist. They offer to break up the plan without having to apply for credit. But, everything was very satisfactory. I am glad to have found a nice, clean, modern and friendly dentist.

I recently went to a new Advantage plan and was told upfront what my co-pay would be only to find out later that I owed them an additional $80 as my insurance was no longer in network. Rather than having a discussion, alll I got was the same reply - they were no longer in network and they never accepted the responsibility for not divulging that when I checked in. Trying a new dentist tomorrow.

Total scam feeling which is unfortunate because the dentist seemed so sweet but no one informed me of how the appointment was going to go or that I wouldn't be able to get a regular cleaning and had to come back with 0 dental work rendered and a 200.00 charge for hanging out waiting and taking x rays for 1.5 hours... I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately the staff in the front especially Erika is an insult to customer service and needs a job she might actually like! How did she get hired ? Her dental cracked and needed repair immediately. Andrew was able to help her within 2 hours and the price is very reasonable. The place is very clean. Service is excellent! We moved during the middle of Covid and no one was accepting new patients at the time. I went around 2 years between my last cleaning and now. At some point I quit trying to get in anywhere. Until I could no longer tolerate my mossier than a Washington Rain Forest teeth. It was so bad, I thought I had something stuck in my gum. They got me in within 48 hours of my call. Turns out it was calculous build up irritating my gum. I hope I didn't drive Jonny too nuts, but he got out the issue and now my gum needs a little time to heal. Signing up my kids and my husband next. I don't recommend going that long between Dental cleanings! The good news: NO CAVITIES! Anyway, everyone at Sky Valley Dental is happy. You can tell that they have an amazing work environment and that translates to exceptional care. I had some trepidation going into todays surgery, and it was reflected in my blood pressure. Dr. Baik did not take that lightly, and acted accordingly. During the procedure, there was a little more bleeding than he liked, but again he adjusted, kept calm, and walked his knowledgeable assistants, plural, (and me) through it. After the procedure he went over it again with me, and I could tell he was visibly pleased with the results Under direction from them, I am sitting at home now and the numbness has worn off. I have no pain, no bleeding, and it is as if I had not even been at the dentist at all ... almost. Jenny also goes here. Prior to the oral surgery I was given a Treatment Plan printout showing what my insurance would pay and my out of pocket costs. It was right on the money - it was even a bit less than anticipated.
