So many vendors and so much to look at! I probably should not admit this, but I am directionally challenged and it took me three tries to find the parking lot because two sides of the lot is blocked off so you have to go in on the dirt road off the access road to drive into the parking lot. Parking is free, which is amazing. There are vendors outside by the parking lot and also vendors inside the building as well. Definitely take your time and look around. There are also drinks, ice cones and food trucks there. There was a friendly lady smiling and waving at folks coming in and going . read more

Good use of space. Plenty of vendors. The inside had PLENTY of well placed fans to keep it cool and keep the air moving because there was no central air inside. The bad part is about 30% of the shops were closed inside. And the outside tables were super dusty from all the dirt. That's the main issue- the parking lot, which is a loose dirt field, kicks up soooo much dust from the cars, that it just flies around. There was a coffee food truck on site, which always cheers me up. But it's just too much dirt to walk around in. read more

There's a large variety of vendors and decent prices in the right ones with some very good deals. Some of the stores are closed up on Saturdays so it's best to show up on a Sunday. read more

Came to this flea market approximately 1pm and it seemed everyone was gone. Most of the stuff here is junk. Someone charged my granddaughter $5 for an empty pez dispenser. I am not sure if the reason it was so bad was the time... but... boooo00 read more

Perfect service tons of cool stuff good finds for cheap and I will definitely be back

Very interesting selections. I love that this location is so organized and easy to access but the quality and contents from vendors were a bit disappointing. There are outdoor vendors, indoor vendors, and 2 permanent food trucks. I opted for elote from one of the trucks and it was delicious. I would venture here just for this! I came here with my one year old and partner on a Sunday at 11am and it was packed. Constant flow of people coming and going. Parking is simple but pushing a stroller on gravel was a bit tricky. The indoor vendors might have hidden treasure but the smells coming from inside are not pleasant lol read more

It was pretty good some of the prices were more than eBay though. Not too many deals to be found honestly. Pretty good just for a one time thing to do, probably won't return. Selection was okay just overpriced. Service was good though as all vendors were very friendly. read more

You can find some pretty neat stuff here if you come early in the morning and are thorough with looking through boxes filled to the brim. You can score great finds if you carefully rummage through the piles of stuff without rushing. Portable toilets available on premises. read more

We were visiting Austin for the weekend and was told to check this flea market out. It says they are open sat and Sunday starting at 9am. We are used to going early to flea markets to find the best items before everyone else, so we went at 930am on Saturday. It turns out Saturday IS NOT THE DAY TO GO HERE!! only 10% of the booths inside were even open!! Like, don't even say you're open 9am sat IF NO ONES OPEN AT 9AM pm Saturday. It was a literal ghost town. Then we drove by it on Sunday and the crowds and booths were crazy and everything was open. So, Saturday early is not the time to go here. Also, not a lot of high end antiques here. More like garage sale things. read more

Kyle Flea Market - A literal ghost town when they said they were open - Flea Markets Near Me - Kyle, Texas

Maybe this place is better in the winter with the cooler weather but having to leave because it's just way too hot was not fun. What I did see was pretty lackluster both inside and out in the lot. Bathrooms left a lot to be desired too. read more

Excellent place to go for a day out. There is food and good finds. Family friendly and the staff is very helpful. Booth 63 has very reasonable prices. If you go to the flea market check out booth 63. They have wood crafted items that can be personalized. Thanks for reading the review. read more

95% of what is being sold belongs in a landfill, actually might have been pulled from one in some cases. The 5% of what is usable is sold at ridiculously high prices. In most cases higher than ebay or even brand new in store! The vendors will not haggle or negotiate so my question, why not just buy online with guarantees? Don't waste your time or ruin your shoes walking through this dusty landfill. read more

Covid has all but killed this Kyle staple. We have come before the pandemic and it was amazing. This past weekend was absolutely horrible. 15 vendors max and not much to look at and nothing worth buying. All vendors outside, nothing open in the building. read more

Love this place!! Don't wear jeans as there is no AC but you can always find great deals here. Definitely more vendors outside on Sundays than Saturdays. Prices generally reasonable too. I've gone 5 of the last 6 weekends. read more

Do not take your items here to sell. There are so many professional thieves there. You will get cleaned out. And I'm not just talking about "customers", I'm talking about other vendors!!! Yep, I had to call the police to get returned to me stuff another vendor had stolen. Both of us were permanent vendors with storage sheds attached to the front of the building. And what makes it worse is that" management", if you can call them that, did not do one single thing to the -busted in front of everyone and couldn't deny it vendor.. so with no punishment handed out it is now a free rein group of thieves with not a care in the world if you do catch them. read more

This is honestly one of my least favorite places I've ever been. The most valuable things we saw were broken standing fans and moldy VHS tapes. It feels less like a flea market and more like trying to sell garbage. To those who think "huge garage sale" sounds fun, imagine it's the last 10 minutes of the garage sale. Everything left is worthless. The only thing we left with was fleas. read more

This is an awful place to go. Even though it's one of the only free flea markets for people to attend in the Austin area, it's just a bunch of vendors selling rusted tools or clothes that even Goodwill wouldn't accept as donations. Most people show up and leave without buying anything. The parking lot is rutted to hell, with stones and boulders exposed, so unless you have a raised chassis, you will scrape up your car. If it has rained in the past 24 hours, you could even get stuck in the mud. The vendors in the building aren't much better than the junk haulers. If you're looking for nice finds, the antique/gift shops in downtown Buda are a much better trip than this place. read more

I love going here. I don't entirely understand why some people get so upset when they can't find something they like. It's a flea market, not the mall. There are times that my wife and I go just to get out ofnthe house and walk around. Sometimes you find some really cool stuff. Other times, you leave empty handed. The people at the various booths are usually really nice, and willing to barter for their wares. I have only had one or two less than awesome experiences with a merchant, and that's saying a lot considering the huge amount of people that are there. Keep up the good work, everybody! read more

Don't waste your time. I didn't see anything of value. The majority is stuff you'd find at a garage sale like old toys and clothes. Also, the majority of the vendors only had 1 table. Overall I was expecting a lot more stuff with more variety and more valuables. read more

Super pleased they had lots of cool items and thinks definitely some old and new things including a great video game store

It's dusty and stinks and all they sell is pretty much crap the thrift store doesn't want. Don't waste your time or gas

Bunch of junk , it's like a big garage sell of garbage. Waste of trip. They had very few stands like crap they sell at goodwill that nobody wants to buy. read more

A great place to find unique items. Lots if Garage sale items and vintage finds...I just purchased a poster size gold ornate frame which could have cost me way over $100.00 for $10.00. Wow!!! Drive on by - this place is a dump. I think they are selling the Goodwill rejects. Now, don't get me wrong, I am a flea market/thrift store shopper and love finding treasures. Not sure there are any treasures here though. (In fairness, there were a couple of vendors who had okay stuff.) From the moment you park your car in their lot, you sense what you are in for. The patrons have dumped their trash all over the parking lot. (I am so sick of these trash pigs!) Need to change the batteries on the junk toy you just bought - dump those old batteries right n the parking lot; finished your bag of Fritos-throw it out in the parking lot; need to dump your trash from your car-heck, the parking lot is a good place to do it. Yep, you know what I am talking about. Walk inside and after you get over the 1970's era stale cigarette smoke smell (yes, people smoke inside here), you notice that no one seems to care about presentation, tidiness (make that cleanliness), or even making a sale. The shops are a mess, dirty, dusty, smelly, yuk! I suspect this market charges close to nothing for the vendor stalls and there is no pride of ownership, as the saying goes. So you'd think the prices are super cheap - nope, not really. Maybe if you dig and bargain, you might find some deal, but it's not worth it. I walked out of that place feeling like I wanted to throw up. Never again. read more

Despite the bad reviews I thought I would drive from Austin to Kyle to check out this flea market. I deeply regret wasting a Saturday morning here, and here's why: - I did not see a single interesting or valuable thing here. It was all about the level of what you would find at goodwill or slightly worse. I didn't see any cool antiques or collectibles. - Each little stall inside the main building is cobbled together from plywood and chicken wire, with the owner of the stall sitting inside. - The crowd was sketchy, the inside building smelled very badly, and the bathroom was in a creepy dark alley in the back of the building. In short, there are dozens of other places you can go to in Austin for antiques and collectibles. I will never ever come back here. read more

No. Do not go here. Whoever said that the bathroom was 100% better, it was worse than the gas station bathroom of your nightmares. Everything smells like old death; cigarette smoke and mothballs. Just save your time and find another flea market. Tl;Dr Just no. read more

I decided to visit this market last weekend, in defiance of the other negative reviewers. ("It's like a giant garage sale?" That sounds awesome!) I'd been to pretty junky flea markets before, and I love weird, surprising, messy shopping. Usually I'm on the lookout for antiques, jewelry, old books, and fine leather goods. Unfortunately, nothing here really did it for me. There were plenty of dirt cheap clothes, but like... mall clothes. There were at least two vintage/home decor booths, but nothing stellar. To be honest, I may have found some treasures if I had tried a little harder, but the heat (and occasionally the smells) made it hard to stick around. It was also tough to tell what was for sale- lots of piles in corners, displays covered by blankets, and areas that looked like private storage rooms. I will say that it was really, really cheap. If you're looking for electronics, vhs tapes, newish clothes, and collectables, this may be a goldmine for you! read more

Shopped there a few times since my review and its time for a update this place gets better every visit and still keeps its *flea market charm * more stalls out side as well and in the building every thing for everyone is on sale here from home made furniture to yesteryears nic naks .bathroom facilities improved to satisfaction and they are no longer a embarrassment to use . with yesterdays visit we had to drive around twice to get a parking place many a shopping center would have liked to have had the # of customers the flea market pulled in , a kyle landmark open weekends dont miss out on a visit here you never know what you might find read more

A place to kill 30 minutes or so. Straight out of grandmas attic. Mostly garage sale goodwill type items. The have quite a bit of stalls. I wouldn't come here for antiques. A few food vendors. There is this really cool Record Store inside the building, believe it is booth 43, has a decorative guitar on the door, very good selection of vinyl. The records are clean, with covers.
