After walking off the job, he later showed up at my previous residence and attempted to access the property without prior arrangement to retrieve equipment he had left behind. This was captured on security cameras and was extremely concerning. I did not file a police report at the time due to fear of retaliation. He came to my house to give a quote for a job I didn't use him for. 3. He came to my house one additional time (and now last time), to give a quote for a subpanel install outside. Within a few minutes of the third visit, after observing unrelated electrical work he didn't perform for me, he uttered something to the effect of "I've come to your house 2 or 3 times now and given you a quote, and you don't use me. I'm not going to provide a quote without charging 2 hours of labor, to measure the distance of the cable runs". On its own, a ridiculous statement which no other electrician has asked of me, as I have had other electricians bid for this job already that have no issues with taking out a tape measure and providing an estimate within a few minutes of being onsite. At the end of the day, I invited Roobik to my house in good faith, to provide an estimate for what will amount to several thousands of dollars of work, and rather than provide a quote, I got lectured and instructed to get a quote from the other electricians that have worked on my house. There are many electricians/contractors that aren't going to chastise you for not sending every job their way, I recommend you find a different electrician as this last (and final) interaction was baffling, unprofessional, and uncalled for.
