I was not really able to move before and constantly complaining about pain. After finishing these sessions , my posture and my movement is just so good now. I rarely even complain about pain. It is an ongoing treatment and you have to have patience with it, but it's great because Mike teaches you exercises and movements to do for when you're at home or feeling any kind of pain.
