My time is not free, and neither is yours. No-one should be treated like this by any physician, no matter how busy they are. Despite their sanctimonious posters on the wall of how much they care for patients, there is little evidence to support the assertion - and I will not be back.

I went to this rheumatologist recently for chronic, severe pain for several decades, which I have seen multiple doctors for. I told him all my symptoms which I have done extensive research on, because nobody will ever give me any real answers or help. He asked me for my "worst two symptoms" instead of recognizing and evaluating all of them together. Then he ordered a bunch of bloodwork and X-rays (which I did) and told me to come back to discuss in a week. I told him that my bloodwork always comes back normal but bloodwork and X-rays don't show markers for what I think I have. He looked at my "normal" bloodwork and X-rays that he had me do and sent me a message that everything was normal and I don't need a follow up appointment. No medication treatment, no physical therapy referral, no diagnosis or even MRIs, and no deeper evaluation at all. He just told me that if I have any skin patch flare ups again, I need to go to yet another specialist to test that. I've read that the diagnosis for this disease is done in office through evaluation of accumulation of specific symptoms, not through bloodwork and X-rays. Instead I was dismissed once again and passed on to other specialists. I messaged them back twice about these frustrations and was ignored. But I'll definitely get billed.

He ordered an X-ray, which came back with no clear findings. But instead of digging deeper or ordering an MRI, he did nothing else. He sent her off with some pain meds and nothing more. Over 20 years later and she's still living with back pain, wondering how things might have gone differently if her concerns had been taken seriously. Another time, she went in complaining that something felt off in her ear--like a growth in the canal. According to her, he barely looked. No further tests, no real follow-up. Later, a different doctor diagnosed her with a perforated eardrum. She also told me about my mother-in-law who was seeing this doctor. She had a skin condition that was later confirmed as skin cancer which this doctor allegedly missed during earlier visits. These are my wife's experiences and memories, and I'm not claiming to know all the details. But from her perspective, the care she and her family received felt rushed, dismissive, and careless. Patients deserve to be taken seriously, especially when they're young and vulnerable. She left his office feeling unheard and she's still living with the consequences. Shame on you.

They have everything setup very user friendly on the app & online which made setting up appointment very easy and also found they were in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield which was a plus! I didn't wait very long and the doctor on duty was very knowledgeable & personable with my care. Will definitely come back!

They want to get you in and out without discussing the probelm as a whole. So incredibly hard to get what you need from them.
