Sasha took her time to understand how I wanted my hair to be cut. First, she gave me one of the best shampoos I have ever had. Then she was meticulous in how she cut my hair. As I watched her, I knew she knew what she was doing. Finally, Sasha did a tremendous job on the blow out style. I am elated that my hair looks this awesome, but sad that she is a 9 hour drive from where I live. Whenever I visit the area again, I will definitely make the trip around the time I need a hair cut!

RUINED my hair!! I…read morehad gorgeous natural looking highlights and came here to get them touched up and add a few more to blend my roots. Somehow there was such miscommunication that she turned me into a BLONDE (see before & after pictures). I had to go somewhere else to get it toned dark because I didn't want to be so blonde! It wouldn't be the end of the world if she hadn't over bleach it so much. She used a heavy hand when applying the bleach and STARTED in the front and top section of my hair. This made the most visible parts of my hair the most damaged. I've never had a hairstylist start the highlighting process on the pieces around your Face. They completely fried while waiting on the back to "catch up". She then roughly scrapped/rubbed the bleach off the front, over-fried pieces with a towel which I'm sure caused even more breakage and damage. My hair is now gummy, elastic, broken, and frizzy. I hate it. I had to cut 5 inches off to attempt to make it better. It's been a month and I'm still SO upset which is why I'm finally writing a review. I paid $300 + $$ on repair products, just to ruin my healthy/natural looking hair. I'm still so dang upset and would do anything to go back and not walk into this salon that day.

I haven't had Botox or fillers done in years, and now that I'm 60 years old, I felt I owed it to myself to do something to improve my facial skin, and after only one day, this seems to be the answer. I was hesitant. I never had micro-needling done before, and just the thought of tiny needles all over my face was horrifying, but believe me when I say that it was no biggie. The salon is beautifully designed and decorated. The employees are friendly and responsive. Cindy is a licensed aesthetician with over a decade of experience, and I was impressed by the technology and her skills. The numbing process took a few minutes, but was well worth the wait. While I can't say that I didn't feel anything-- it was slightly uncomfortable, but very bearable (and I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to pain). Plus, Cindy applied a cooling mask post-procedure, which helped with the discomfort. Overall, Cindy is extremely knowledgeable and honest about services and products. It's also apparent that she takes patient education and comfort seriously.

If you can't manage folks getting their haircuts and a basic schedule, your not fit to run a barber shop. Im genuinely embarrassed, walking around like an absolute clown. Awful, just awful.
