After multiple pre-exam prompts (2 auto calls, 2 texts and a letter with a form to have filled out) that all insisted that I arrive 15 minutes early, I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to be told they were running late. It was suggested I leave and "go get a coffee." Unprofessional. I chose Weber because it is women owned and carried my frames. I left without purchasing frames nor new lenses. I called afterward to express my experience with the office manager and she never returned my call. Don't trust what they tell you or get it in writing.

They didn't give any clarification or stated that we had to be established patients.
