My kids love the ninja course and the dodgeball area-- don't worry, the balls are soft! There's some areas where you can just jump and even 3 basketball hoops to try to dunk. Theres a little food area that has some basic snacks and drinks.

The jump zones are extremely worn, show immense signs of filth by the dirty black adorning the…read morecolored mats, the ropes "enclosing" the battle area are touching the mat it is "protecting", one of the battle sticks is deflated, there are three balls in the dodge ball zone, but the mats themselves are providing the support needed for all the movement happening. A group of 10-12 girls and boys appearing to range in age from 10-14 are cussing and hitting each other. It is clear this behavior is acceptable and allowed as nothing has been addressed. They are speaking loud enough for me to hear across the room. The staff look bored, with one ignoring the obstacle course zone while talking to staff in the next one. The unattended zone, with the climbing and obstacles, has zero staff looking at it or within it (she has her back to it talking to staff in the dodgeball area). Kids in the obstacle course area are hitting and pushing each other, knocking down a child as they run throughout the zone. Staff, for the most part, are attentive or at least looking in the direction of the zone they are within. Our daughter is enjoying herself and that definitely counts. We traveled the distance for her to enjoy the glow hour experience. She greatly enjoyed the glow experience in Tahoe and the safety of the kids were the only focus of the staff. The play structures and zones were well maintained and clearly seen soap of recent. This location and experience is definitely not that. It is unlikely she will return with me, this space does not allow me to feel comfortable.

When my daughter started gymnastics, her biggest dream was to make the team, and in March she…read morefinally achieved that goal. She was so excited and proud of herself. Unfortunately, over time, she lost interest and no longer wanted to go because she didn't feel supported by her new coach, Kyile. She felt that the coach Kyile had something against her and didn't truly care about the girls. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch her excitement and passion fade. I hope she finds a gym where the coaches encourage, support, and believe in their athletes so she can fall in love with gymnastics again and regain the confidence she once had.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere. My daughters attend classes here, and there is very…read morelittle actual coaching. Coaches do not provide recommendations to students or parents on what they can work on at home to support progress, and overall communication from the coaching staff is lacking. Unfortunately, the front desk staff--specifically the woman who sits at the front--has been consistently rude and unprofessional. There were issues with emails that I never received regarding a show. When I called to sort it out (after my girls had practiced very hard and were excited to participate), the front desk staff member spoke down to me, made rude comments, and laughed throughout the conversation. She clearly lacks basic people skills, unless she is interacting with people she personally knows. I later reached out to inform them that we would be going on vacation and that my daughters would miss a few classes. Her response was, "You still need to pay" I was already aware of that and was simply communicating as a courtesy, in case the teacher noticed or cared that my children would be absent. While we were on vacation, I received an email stating, "We missed your daughter in class--is everything okay?" I responded promptly and explained that we were on vacation. The same front desk staff member replied that the message was automated and to disregard it--followed once again by a reminder about payment. Mind you, we have never missed a payment in over two and a half years. Overall, this business is rude, lacks communication, appears money-driven, and several coaches (with the exception of one or two) seem unhappy during classes. Advancement is rare, progress is minimal, and it ultimately feels like a waste of time and money. I will be taking my children--and my business--elsewhere, just as several other families and coaches have recently done.

My wife takes my son here on a weekly basis for a 30 minute session with a pony named Daisy. Each…read moresession the rider is essentially learning to ride and control the pony with help from the instructor so that they can eventually ride it by themselves. It's $30 a session with a veteran discount and I think $35 for full price, at least that's what we paid during the pandemic. Speaking of the pandemic, this is a pretty safe activity if you're worried about Covid since the pony riding is usually just your child and the instructor, so there is limited contact with other people. Of course it takes place outside too and supposedly that's a safer type of activity to prevent the spread of Covid. The instructor has a lot of experience working with kids and she was able to handle my son pretty well, which is no easy feat since he is an absolute monster! Overall my son has really enjoyed going to these lessons and after about two months he was leading the pony by himself!

Danielle is amazing to work with, very responsive, and a genuine kind person. I'd recommend her and Daisy for anyone interested in a pony party! Thank you for making my daughter's bday dreams come true!!
