I do not recommend this doctor. First time i came to this doctor he was ok, second time after 7 years he was nice but as soon as he asked what religion I believed in that's when I was like a bit uncomfortable because I'm only here for medical reasons. Then my last visit was when I was like I'm done with him, I can hear he was nice to patients before me and once he got into the room I was in his attitude changed. He gave that ugh you're here. I ended up changing doctors. I can't have a doctor that pushes religion or has a bad attitude when he sees a patient. read more

This office has the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I called to make an appointment for my son was put on hold for 9 minutes then was given a date for appointment asked has my son ever been here before i said no he is a new patient was told "YOU SHOULD HAVE STARTED WITH THAT" put-on hold with no regard and she was very rude. Put on hold for another 6 minutes to be told this is not my sons assigned doctor and all the sudden there are no appointments. With all due respect, worst service I ever received - One star is too high of a rating for them! Should have listened to the previous reviews left for this Dr and staff. They are extremally unorganized and incompetent. Errors after errors. I receive text reminders for days I didn't have appts. I requested a blood test to be done and after TWO separate visits I still never received my results & was informed it was not their fault for this and I will not be charged. However, I received the charge and when I called they stated I had to get with Quest diagnostics to work it out with them. Save your time, and frustrations and visit another Dr office.(Hence why they have appts so soon, when you call for one). When speaking to Dr about all this confusion, he assertively stated "he does not get paid" for these services therefore did not care to listen to my frustrations. I understand Dr may have a lot on his plate but this was completely unprofessional and uneasy to hear. I hope your service gets better for future patients. He was our first pediatrician and not a real Christian. Threatened to call CPS on us when I kept pressuring him on what was wrong with my daughter she would get sick really bad and end up in the ER. I brought up asthma he said no because me and my husband didn't have asthma even even though I heard her wheeze. We left and found a different pediatrician and shortly after she was hospitalized fighting for life because she had asthma and caught rsv. She's on a high dosage inhaler and finally finding relief with a pulmonologist. I feel a lot of this could of been avoided if she had a pediatrician would of showed compassion and care for her. Her pulmonologist said we suffered years of medical malpractice. That I did the right thing to fight for my daughters health. Don't fall for this doctor because he claims to be a Christian. I honestly should look into a lawyer I almost lost my daughter because she did have asthma that he dismissed and even threatened to call CPS when I kept asking questions. Because of Kyan I questioned so many good doctors and didn't trust them because he overlooked major health problems and the well being of my daughter. We have a new pediatrician we love and she isn't too far from his office. She brought my daughter in right away when she had an ER visit and said her lungs still sounded diminished and prescribed more steroids. Later that night she had asthma attacks till the medicine kicked in. That's what good doctors do it doesn't take much to care but I don't believe he knows what he is doing. read more

After recently moving to Bellflower I was really worried about finding a good doctor. These things can become a hassle and an unnecessary burden as you try to settle your family into a new city. Having neglected my own personal check up for a few years, I knew I needed to find a doctor soon. But I did not want to jump around from doctor to doctor. I went on Facebook to to Bellflower Facebook groups that have over 1000 people in each group. I asked for recommendations and Dr. Kyan's name consistently came up. So I scheduled my first visit and was very pleased. The doctor was professional and answered all of my questions. Is very nice and had a heart willing to serve. He even asked about my personal life and tried to see how he could be an encouragement to me in that area of my life. He succeeded. A medical situation came up with my eight-year-old daughter wearing earring back was stuck in her ear. He was able to calm her down, get her focused, and after two attempts was able to get the earring back out. My daughter was relieved and very thankful for Dr. Kyan. My advice to you: schedule an appointment, give them a try, and see for yourself. If you need to find a doctor like I did a few months back, you should give him a call today. If you're neglecting finding a doctor out of fear of bouncing around like I was fearful, you don't need to stay in that uncertainty and indecision. You can be happy with a doctor and move on with your day-to-day life with the confidence that you are maintaining and taking care of your health. Dr. Kyan Fee is CRAZY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. He went crazy on me when I asked him if I can have a sleep study and literally yelled at me for "complaining about everything". Considering you go to a doctor to explain what is not right with you, and to seek help...I am not complaining I'm telling you why I'm there you sad excuse for a doctor/ human. I was LITERALLY afraid for my well-being in this office as he yelled at me, through my lab results on the ground and opened the door to continue to yell at me some more infront of everyone in that office (doctor/ patient confidentiality broken). His office staff is WEIRD! They are not helpful and VERY LAZY! I have been to this office many times and have been told by past patients that this doctor is a ticking time bomb, but just experienced it for myself. He loves filling you up with meds (no problem there), but won't do anything to heal you. He is a money-hungry, unhelpful joke of a doctor. RRRUUUUNNNN!!!! read more

Dr. Fee is amazing I have been going to him for about 8 years, when I had covid he took me right in and examined me gave me a monitor to borrow to check my oxygen and he made sure my lungs were OK and gave me prescription to help with the symptoms, I was going to have neck surgery for a work accident and went to see him for a check up before surgery and what I love about Dr. Fee is he is Christian and I am as well he prayed over me because he knew I was a bit scared about having the surgery. What Doctor has ever done that for you none I ever had and I'm 60 years old. He listens to you and asks questions about your symptoms when your sick and he will test you for everything to eliminate all questions. If I could give him 10 stars I would he is the best Dr. I ever had. His staff I can agree with other reviews even as long as I have been going there front desk staff is not very friendly and can at times be rude especially when you call the office and they don't know who they are talking to. Worst experience with a drs office in the history of my 36 years on this earth. Needed records from the Dr to give to a goverment job i applied for. Well he had my older records but lost the current ones i needed. Even with a prescription bottle and payment stubs from the insurance that paid him he still wouldnt admit he lost my records. He wanted me to pay to talk to him and actually hung up on me because he was a unprofessional disrespectful a**hole. I am thinking of reporting him for not having a valid license at the time he wrote me my prescriptions. Why else would he act so unprofessional? I was super nice on the phone even tho i had to tell my story to the staff like 5 different times everytime i would call. Oh and while im at it, the office looked pretty run down, they should probably take some of the patients undocumented money from the lost records and spruce the place up. read more

I'm really disappointed with this doctor. First the equipment is outdated and the service was horrible. The first time I was there (out of the 6 times or so) the medical assistant seemed upset, decided to give it a second try since we might have caught her on a bad day. Second issue: they overcharged us for co-payment when we addressed it they denied it and until we requested a statement from insurance then they issued us a refund. Third: my daughter was getting her shots and they didn't have all of then in stock! They told us they would call us in about a month to come get the missing shot. They never called until I decided to call a month and a half later. The fourth mistake: took my daughter concerned about a rash on her neck. The doctor blew us off like if we were dumb first time parents and told us she would be fine and that we were to blame for not properly cleaning her. Ended up my daughter had Hand/Feet Virus that could have been transmitted from another child at a daycare or from being around a child with the illness. My daughter had two days with high fevers and about a week with painful blisters on her mouth, neck, hands, feet, and overall her body. Dr. Kyan is really nice and friendly. The office is located on the 3rd level of the building and it was roomy and clean inside the office. There were also many magazines or books to look through while you wait to be call in. The wait time was pretty quick as well. The receptionists in the fronts are also really nice. The nurse is also nice and seemed to know what she was doing. The price of the office visit is around $50-$60 for a person without insurance or want to pay cash. I will definitely come back here for a regular checkup or when I'm sick. Love this place. read more

I went the first time to see if they could take my blood pressure and was told no. I'd have to make an appt and pay to have it taken. The second was to see why a prescription refill was denied. Had I not been proactive, asking what the DR's intentions were and refusing he do it, he would have forcibly retracted my son.
