There are too many doctors who have lost their humanity and compassion for their patients. Dr. Hadikin is not one of those doctors. I also appreciate the fact that he offers email. I prefer to email certain things rather than call the office and just pray the message is presented to the doctor in the same way I presented it to the staff member who answered the phone. I came to Dr. Hadikin over a year ago not sure how to describe how I felt. There wasn't a clear description I could give for everything that was going on with me. Dr. Hadikin took the time to listen and offer suggestions and help. I can even begin to describe how good it feels to be heard by a doctor who cares and takes the time to listen. I do have a tendency to be chatty and he still listens. I am not always concise in describing my issues, especially when I'm tired, so I appreciate the time Dr. Hadikin gives me to describe how I feel. I couldn't have asked for a more genuinely kind doctor who clearly has a big heart in addition to his doctorate.

I was so disappointed when Dr. Dan moved to NY, but that disappointment was short-lived. Dr. Hadikin is kind, caring, compassionate, sweet, funny, charming (am I gushing now?) and more! He is very knowledgeable and always up on the latest treatments and diagnoses. His appointments never feel rushed as he ensures that we've covered everything that concerns me at that moment. He is prompt about returning phone calls and emails, which means a great deal to me. He is 100% non-judgmental and completely LGBT-friendly. Yes, Pacific Oaks is an extremely busy office, but once I'm in the exam room with Dr. Hadikin or one of his nurses, I feel like I'm getting the care and attention of a small, single-physician office. I can't say enough about Dr. Hadikin and have referred several friends to him.

I have also been a nanny for 20+ years, when I hear some of the cringe-worthy advice given to the parents of my nanny kids, it makes me even more grateful for Dr. Woo. It never occurred to me before, that I should write a review. Now that I am here, I am shocked that there aren't more reviews. I guess the smart people don't want this awesome Doc to get super busy, although it is too late for that! Dr. Woo was recommended to us from another highly regarded (now retired) Beverly Hills doctor. In 16 years, I have only questioned Dr. Woo one time, and guess what? He ended up being correct (more below). He knows what he is talking about. He is super friendly, doesn't rush the appointments and takes time to answer any questions you might have. There were a couple years where my son had an unusual medical issue. I would not have gotten through it without Dr. Woo, who saw us anytime we needed, helped us find specialist's and was patient with me each time we came in, despite the fact that I blew off his initial observation. In the end, Dr. Woo was the one who figured it out from the beginning. Long before I was able to accept or admit that he was right. I can usually get appointments pretty quick. If it is really urgent, you can walk in, although obviously if you walk in, you will be waiting awhile. We have seen other doctors in the office when it was urgent and Dr. Woo wasn't in, honestly, they are all pretty good. The office can get a little busy at times, although I have never had to sit in the waiting room too long. The wait room is divided for sick/well patients. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The garage is pay, but there is plenty of parking. There are also meters in front.

Due to some minor issues, we've had to see him 5 times in the 3 weeks since our baby was born, and I am downright floored by his service. We needed a lot of help during the Thanksgiving holiday and they kept calling US to check in! We've dealt with many doctors over the years, and Dr. Woo's office stands on top in terms of efficiency, service and response. Dr. Woo has great bedside manner - we feel like he'd stay 2 hours and talk to us if we want. We NEVER feel rushed, and he has checked in on us. This is impressive as he seems to be the head of a fairly large practice. Thanks Dr. Woo, we look forward to bringing our kid to you for the better part of the next 2 decades!

I scheduled my appointment a month ahead of time for 10:00 AM. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork. There is one couple sitting in the waiting room. At 10:22 there are now three other couples sitting in the waiting room and the front desk person calls my name and says that a room is ready for me, but there is a problem; the BLINDS DON'T CLOSE all the way making the EXAM ROOM VISIBLE from the outside...but it is on the 7th floor so it's up to me. I am very concerned as this visit was for my yearly exam which normally includes a PAP and breast exam...so I ask if I can have another room. She said yes, but that there were a lot of walk-ins so she didn't know how much longer the wait would be; so I said I guess it will have to work (as I had already been waiting for 25 minutes past my appointment time and I needed to get to work after my appointment). I changed awkwardly into the paper trying to avoid the open window in the freezing cold exam room. I wait patiently on the table...then lie down for awhile...then sit back up because I think I hear someone coming...then lay back down trying to keep warm...and it feels like an eternity. No one has even come by to greet me or update me in any way so I look at my phone and it is 11:30!!! I had been WAITING FOR ONE HOUR!!! I immediately call the front desk girl from my room and asked when the doctor would be in; she said I don't know, she should be there soon...I told her I had been waiting over an hour and needed to get to work and asked if she could please find the doctor and ask her to see me ASAP. She said she can't do that and said she should be there soon. 20 minutes later @ 11:50 am...nearly 2 HOURS LATER...still, no one has come into my room. I am so upset and frustrated at this point that I didn't even feel comfortable with her touching me so I put my clothes on and walk out. The doctor is standing right there in the hallway and says NOTHING to me, she won't even look at me, she just looks down and walks away slowly! I ask for a refund of my co-payment which took an additional 10 minutes, the front desk girl doesn't even apologize to me even though she knows I had been waiting so long and am very clearly upset. It is now 12:00 PM and I have completely wasted 2 hours and 15 minutes without ever even meeting the doctor.

I would have to wait hours and hours to see her just for her to be disrespectful. Last year I was constantly sick and had terrible stomach pain constantly. I had to get multiple procedures to perform tests on my stomach, just for them to be inconclusive. This was the most frustrating point in my life and Dr. Yong accused me of being psychotic and told me i was making everything up in my mind, even though every day was filled with terrible pain I knew existed. She even asked me if I think I should be put in a psych ward -___- Come to find out almost a year later still in terrible pain, I finally got my appendix removed and diagnosed with an auto immune disease! Thankfully there were real doctors in the world to help me other than Dr. Yong. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR!!!!
