My son was so much happier with the experience at this location. The staff treated him with respect and helped him adjust medications. My son was able to see us on a day when we couldn't make visit day. I personally saw the food and it was a great appearance and my son was enjoying the food. He praised the food from day one. There was staff that were amazing Valerie, Connie in reception(She has always been great), Pops (also always great with my oldest and now my youngest, and Katie who was always patient and answered all my questions. Thankyou to everyone who made this transition a smooth one. My son and I will never forget. So, if you read reviews like I had and freaked out, don't. They have a security camera system in whole hospital, there is an I'd passcode you must know to call and staff really does answer questions. It's like my mom would say," If you give respect, you will get great respect." Oh and PS the facility is very clean and they have great security. Also, no electronics or cell phones. Since visits are done in the cafeteria and my time had been adjusted we went to my childs unit. It was so bad I didn't want to touch anything. Food all over the floor, walls patched up , things hanging from the ceiling, and shoes thrown around the little day type room they put us in. When I call her unit I normally no one answered the phone. When I talked with staff on the phone about her being put on a unit restriction no one knew why. The asked if she just got there, mind you she has been there over a week. My child has always ate at meal times and since being here .... She doesn't want to eat. I called her doctor and her therapist and had to leave messages. Still no call back. And on top of all that they called me and was going to put another child on the phone since that child was allowed phone time but they called the wrong number. I brought my childs personal hygiene things when I dropped off clothes. Mind you they didn't give them to her for days. She had to wear the same panties for five days before I called and flipped out. As for her body wash, shampoo, conditioner and brush she still hasn't received them. I don't think I have much good to say about this place. Please look into other facilities before bringing your children here.

When I first came to the practice mid 2020, I had no hope left of ever living a pain free and fulfilling life, let alone living a life at all. All of my doctors at the Center for Integrative and Functional Health and Wellness worked together to develop the best treatment plan for me, and did whatever possible to make that plan a reality. You may feel that you are out of options, but this office has an abundance of knowledge on different approaches to wellness and health. I promise, there are more natural and potentially more effective methods of treatment out there besides what your modern medical providers are offering. The consultation is just them filling out your paperwork to bill your insurance for the that visit. Then they schedule u for another consultation where I am sure they would bill your insurance again. Thats when I said enough and because my insurance paid them I was refunded the $39. Wonder how many people know about the $39 refund? Fastest refund I ever got and all they said was I must not have heard that part of the program. LOL,

I warn all disabled or isolated people to avoid this hospital at all costs. They are not trained…read morefor it and my last nurse engaged in patient abandonment without care. I called the hospital after to advocate. It took 2 weeks just to get a call back, and that was only after escalating to the head of a department (which since then they've made impossible). No one answers the phone, you must leave a message, and no one you call returns phone calls without an escalation, so you can see the issue. They promised a meeting with staff to address the issue of their having *NO* way to provide medication to someone who is unable to get to a pharmacy that day. This is a problem on 3-day weekends where their patient pharmacy is closed. The nurse told me I couldn't get a ride home either. I had to teach her how that worked, and she insisted on doing it in a way that I knew would not work, and it didn't. If you're disabled avoid this hospital like the plague. Then I got a bill and to get it sorted, because they assured me it was my insurance carrier's issue, took over 8 hours on the phone, on hold for 40 minute periods at a time. Turns out someone didn't read my insurance carrier's EoB, coded the payment wrong, sent me a bill, and wasted 8 hours of my life, and no charge, so it is like they are getting a free employee for a day to do what their employees should have done, and also to supplement a call center with regular wait times of 1/2 hour or more. This used to be a good hospital. Current ownership and management and inability to proper staff this hospital makes it extremely dangerous.
