Jenny is always on time, and gently coaxes my mom to do more and work harder while being very cognizant of my mom's limitations (which can change from session to session) and making sure my mom does not get injured. Jenny is also very open to suggestions on modifying the training sessions based on updated goals. She is a great communicator and very kind to my mother as well. Jenny has trained my mom's caregivers to do specific exercises on the other four days of the week so that my mom can continue to increase her strength, balance and ability to walk for longer and longer stretches on her own without assistance. My mom's physical abilities and strength have improved since having Jenny as her trainer. I went to my first visit, the Rockstar Reading, skeptical of course, as is my nature. She went through my chakras and the blocks she saw (all were right on!).
