The employees were very nice. When I think of "gas station food", a very questionable hot dog that has been rolling on the warmer for three days usually comes to mind. But The Store has a wonderful food bar, next to the Subway that was actually quite enticing. I purchased some Bosco Stix and was pleased with them. This place is a great place to stop and fill up. I remember at least three times where the wash has broken down while I've been using it. More often than I would expect I've come to use the car wash and it's had a sign that it's closed for repairs. There are far better car washes in Menominee and this wash is only marginally less expensive than the others. Save your time and your money stopping here.

Much cheaper gas than on the other side of the bridge over in Wisconsin. However I am not really sure how, one evening the gas can be 3.53 and the next evening it can be 3.63. Craziness. The store is pretty cool, the gas is easy to use, the people are pretty friendly, but the coffee is really nowhere near as good as it's supposed to be according to all the signs.

The attendant was on a personal phone call and them had to count cigarettes before she could wait on us. The hole time she was ringing our purchase she was arguing with her mom on the phone . Never said hi how Ya doing or how much we owed. The only thing she said was sign your name. If you are going to have a single young girl behind your counter you need to make sure they are capable of running your store. A purchase of coffee should never take 10 minutes and your customers should never have to hear employees arguing on the phone with family members.

If you want sugary treats, they are a plenty. I used to go out of my way to buy the chicken. I bragged to people it was the best. Now something has changed. The last two times it was sub par. Was talking to someone about it and he said the very same. We wonder if it is a new cook. I chose three stars because it is now a middle of the road service station. Never sure people will be happy you brought your business to them or if they wish you hadn't. The stores are always clean. I will give them that.
