They did a great job wrapping the meat and would recommend you have your meat processed here HOWEVER, when placing the order make sure they read the order back to you to ensure you receive what you asked for. We did not do that and ended up with 30 pounds of brats instead of having the meat put into breakfast links, ground pork and brats. Lesson learned and passing it on to you to save you the aggravation, we could not do anything about the mix up because we were never charged for the two missing processes.
