They printed out a sample that showed me what I had in mind was going to be inadequate. We finalized on a very large format plastic sheeting, for endurance and to be large enough to see clearly what we had printed. I displayed these flat on tables to allow people to review long tables of data. Multiple people at a time, over and over, leaning on the sheets, placing drinks on the sheets and such. Absolutely no damage, no wear and no tears. Very durable, material and run-proof ink. I am deeply grateful to Hill Country Reprographics for their recommendations and help.
