With San Saba Cap, I sent the picture/logo that I wanted and they had no problems using it to do the embroidery. Not only were they able to use the image I wanted, they were able to change the colors to match and enhance it to the hat we chose! The staff was great to work with and the communication was amazing! Thanks guys! Since our first order back in 2019, we have made 2 additional orders with them. I can not express enough that they make the whole process so easy!! The customer service is still amazing and even though we are not a big business or making huge orders with them, they still treat us as if we are the most important customer they have!! Thank you all again for taking our little ideas and making them into something awesome!! I will update this post with a pic our newest hats as soon as we receive our most recent order!

After all four new Hercules brand tires separated after just a few months wear, Sean said he would give me a new set at his cost and after I got the invoice I noticed that I was charged $115.00 for an alignment and $60.00 for balancing the tires. Sean said he could rewrite invoice or take the overcharge off of future purchases. Being a stupid nice guy, I, agreed to future purchases option When I went in to get just an oil change I was expecting a credit showing balance due to me going forward. Instead of this Mike hit me with an invoice saying I owed him money instead. I tried to get him to explain how I owed him anything and he consulted Sean in the back room like a car salesman and came back to me gruffly inferring that here's the invoice and we'll call it even and now go away. I've been a good customer for 5 years and I can't understand why they were so desperate for my bucks that they would treat me like this . The new tires cost me $1200.00 roughly about double what other dealers charged Sincerely Larrye*

And in the morning they left a message asking what is going on with my vehicle. Yes the owner still remembered it and me without looking it up. They give you good prices and only fix what needs to be fixed without trying to make more money out of you. The reason for this is easy, they have plenty of work and most work comes in through word to mouth, so if they would do bad work, in a small town like Comfort this would be something you don't want. Depending on what you need, I would go there even when you have to come from San Antonio. You can always check out the rest of the city and ask a friend to pick you up.
